“I visited the Shelby Pharmacy on 2-13-24 and I was absolutely amazed by the staff here.I was given a prescription by my dermatologist that had to be compounded so he sent me here. I was greeted warmly as soon as I approached the counter and was told they could have my prescription ready quickly. I sat down and then one of the ladies behind the counter asked me if I wanted a lollipop while I waited and I said, yes!Who does that anymore? I thought it was awesome!Before I knew it my prescription had been filled and the pharmacist came out to greet me and gave me instructions for my medication. He told me to call him if I had any questions or concerns.Thank y'all so much for just being nice!I wish I lived closer!Amy Barker”

“First time in many years I had a prescription filled in 5, 6 minutes while waiting!! Only pharmacy after calling all in my area that took the time to take information from my coupon to tell me how much my medicine would cost with it. All others said I'd just have to bring it to find out...plus this pharmacy had the lowest price to begin with!! I love it”

“I didn't want to change to CVS but when we got new insurance we really didn't have a choice. I'm tickled to death, I can't find anything wrong. The pharmacist are nice and not hiding in a little section like Walgreens does. We send a message, they either text or call right back. Imagine that happening at Walgreens. Never mind, it never would. This was the best choice we made and we're extremely happy with it. There are two in our town and one does not have a drive-thru. We chose the other one even though it's further away just because it does have a drive-thru. We were so used to sitting in line at Walgreens for 30 minutes and at CVS, 5 minutes would be a stretch.”
“I was having trouble speaking because of my throat pain so the young lady had to ask me to spell my name a few times & I admit I got a bit snappy that 3rd time she asked but she stayed completely calm and professional. I apologized before leaving and she smiled back politely. At the front register I was trying to purchase a drink but started having breathing issues and couldn’t stop coughing/choking. The gentleman up front walked off for a sec and came back and handed me a bottle of water. It instantly helped. I was so grateful for his act of kindness and ability to see that I was have breathing troubles & he could help me rather than rushing me to finish so he can grab sanitizer since I was choking. They both showed a level of professionalism and character that should be an example to all.”
“I was away from home without enough of one of my RX meds. The pharmacy tech here went above and beyond to fill the small supply my doctor ordered, patiently resolving a small insurance kerfuffle.

“I like this Walgreen's quite a bit. It definitely is very conveniently located and I've never met any staff who were not insanely friendly. I stop here most days after my lunch break to walk around a bit. I collect action figures and Walgreen's has really started offering a good selection of action figures geared towards collectors like myself. This location usually has a decent selection (although sometimes stuff sits on the shelf longer than you would expect) and there are always really good sales going on. It's definitely one of my frequent go-to places and one of the nicest Walgreen's stores I visit.”
