“Ok so if you go to the WEST D ST CVS PHARMACY, you can expect to be treated with kindness and respect!!! Sheila the Pharmacist IS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! The ladies that work the store registers are absolutely amazing as well! I have NOTHING bad to say about this CVS! If you've had a bad experience, then maybe it was just you having a bad day! “820 North DeKalb street Shelby N.C. walgreens is the worst unethical, rude, disrespectful Pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. They do not care about their customers at all. customers is never right even if its plain as sight they are in the wrong. fail to fill meds on time and or sick and closed or no pharmacist to work and closed. Never can get meds right. I would trust a veterinarian quicker then I would trust them or any Walgreens in Shelby N.C.”

“I visited the Shelby Pharmacy on 2-13-24 and I was absolutely amazed by the staff here.I was given a prescription by my dermatologist that had to be compounded so he sent me here. I was greeted warmly as soon as I approached the counter and was told they could have my prescription ready quickly. I sat down and then one of the ladies behind the counter asked me if I wanted a lollipop while I waited and I said, yes!Who does that anymore? I thought it was awesome!Before I knew it my prescription had been filled and the pharmacist came out to greet me and gave me instructions for my medication. He told me to call him if I had any questions or concerns.Thank y'all so much for just being nice!I wish I lived closer!Amy Barker”
