“I've read some of the other reviews here & I cant think of much to add! GREAT PLACE FOR YOU MEDICAL NEEDS, SUGGESTIONS, ADVICE, ETC! I would, AND HAVE, recommended them by far over Walgreens, CVS, Walmart or any other! I cant for yhe life of me see how those chains got, or get, the notoriety they do”
“I've been going to Medicine Mart for many years. It changed hands since I first started going there. Thomas has been such a delight to deal with he is very helpful especially if you have a problem. I feel very welcomed when I walk into the pharmacy, he even greets me by name and I don't even take that much medicine for him to remember who I am.

“Good selection on the salad bar and olive bar. Their cafe has okay tasting food, you can't expect too much from food that has been sitting on the heater for hours all day. Big selection of beer & wine. Has all your essential grocery necessities.”
“I always have a great experience with all the associates at the Walgreens store in Gaffney on Floyd Baker Boulevard. The pharmacy folks are very kind generous and patient photo associates are great and so are the front register associates This is a great place to do my shopping as a senior citizen I appreciate their patience.”
“This is the second time I have walked in to get my prescription at this location, and each time the employees are extremely helpful. The lady today took the time to help me change my address and put a new card on file. Both times everyone is personable and nice. I didn’t catch the lady who was working today, but I would like to give a shoutout to her as she was kind and helpful!”
“I wanted to give a shout out. I don't know the name of the employee but I had a completely different experience from the Walgreens on E Main St Spartanburg. They were out of one of my Mom's medicine so they transferred the prescription over to Gaffney. When I called them the girl that answered the phone identified who she was, her position, and how could she help me. When I get them in Spartanburg it is always a terrible experience. I've been kept holding for 30 minutes when I have to call them. They had my Mom's medicine ready by the time I got there. You don't know how much I appreciated you. My mom's a hospice patient. I am given nothing but a hard time. I may just transfer all of her stuff here. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart”

“I went to this CVS in Gaffney South Carolina to get my covid booster shot and they were really busy but I was helped right away and I got my shot right away.. there absolutely no problems.. most of the time when you go to a small pharmacy like that you have to wait and wait and wait and a lot of times you are simply ignored..it is annoying!..but they were pretty quick to help me and pretty quick to give me my shot so I could go about my business..I would definitely go back there!..nice people!”
