“Brandy was awesome always has been since I've first spoken to her on the phone and walked I to the store. She knows exactly how to help when I need help. She got me into a wonderful couch and loveseat. I'm going back tomorrow for a 75 inch TV. Also I believe the other representative there Aj was his name. He was very personable and helped checkout. The store is huge, clean and alot to offer. Better than any other aarons I've been to.”

“On an average day I am sure 1 associate is enough but on this evening this poor girl was slammed. I was the first customer in but she had to call customer service in which 3 of the representatives hung up on her. She called the 4th time and begged the representative not to hang up on her as the 3 previous representatives had. Thankfully after nearly 2 hours I was set to go. While she was on hold she took care of other customers and even dealt with one man who was totally rude and should have been asked to leave in my opinion but she handled him like a champ..”

“I have been a metro pcs customer since around 2015. I just got married and moved to the Smithfield area, and applied to the ACP program. I went to this location and this wonderful young woman named Crystal did everything and anything she could to help me get my phone in with the IDcode sent to me. In the beginning she couldn’t find anything in the system, but she didn’t give up and called EVERYONE she could. It took about an hour or more to do this as it wasn’t her fault or my own. I just want to say this young lady DID NOT GIVE UP, and did it with so much kindness. She finally got it in the computer and was able to get me in with the ACP. It might sound corny but I was crying on the way home of gratefulness for this young lady and the way she just didn’t give up and served us. There’s still good people in the world… And now me and my husband can enjoy a service that we desperately needed! THANK YOU Crystal! You are amazing!”

“This location's hours keep being changed in Google without permission. The hours are always Mon-Saturday 10AM- 8PM and Sunday 12PM-6PM. We keep fixing them and it keeps changing. If it shows we are closed on a day we are NOT..........We are OPEN! Thank YOU!”
