“I wanted to leave this feedback because the team at Clayton Rent-A-Center did everything they could to help my family during a time when we truly needed it most.
We needed a lift chair for a family member who was returning home after a major surgery. Unfortunately, when the chair arrived and was unpacked, we discovered that the new chair was a standard recliner and did not have the lift feature that was required. While the issue was beyond the store's control, Eddie and the Clayton team immediately stepped up to help.
I contacted a few nearby stores, but ultimately returned to Eddie and the Clayton location because of their outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond by adjusting their pickup and delivery schedule to ensure we had the correct lift chair the very next day when it was needed most.
Eddie treated both me and my son-in-law with professionalism, kindness, and respect throughout the entire process. To my surprise, he even personally made the delivery himself! That level of dedication and commitment to customers is rare and greatly appreciated.
Thank you, Eddie, and thank you to the entire Clayton Rent-A-Center team for your exceptional service, flexibility, and genuine care. You made a difficult situation much easier for our family, and we are truly grateful. Highly recommended!”

“I worked with Natasha at this location March 18th and she was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. Sadley the phone I bought is horrible but taking that back tomorrow under there 14 day return policy. I got away from Samsung years ago and now I remember why. They just have bad phones, but this was pretty much all they had with a couple other options. I am not sure why these stores don't keep phone inventory on hand. “I don’t see why I should give them less than 5 stars.Interns of backing I was scared initially when I read the reviews concerning backing and long waiting for unloads.I don’t know if improvements were made but I backed in with ease and wait time for unload was normal 1:40 minutes that is pretty good.Thank you guys see you soon I will definitely come back here once again.”
