Once everything was set up, my dad transported my vehicle to and from their shop, so I never actually stepped foot on the property, but I can tell they take great pride in their work, as they replaced my front bumper and my car looks brand new. I was also very pleased when I got in my car and noticed they went above and beyond and cleaned it top to bottom - inside and out! Now it REALLY looks brand new! I couldn't be happier. “Earlier this month I noticed an oil leaks under my vehicle and made an appointment to have it fixed at the Asheboro location off 49. Service was fast and reasonably priced. After picking the car up, I noticed the smell of gas which I found was common with the work that had been done, due to an o ring that could be bad. Called back and explained to David the issue and he apologized and had me bring it in the same day. Within 20 minutes, he called and said they found an evap sensor hose had came loose and the problem was fixed. After driving home, the car smelled like gas for a few days and I chopped it up as just needing to burn off. Called again and coincidentally Dave answered and had me bring it back once more. They found that an o ring was bad and replaced it quickly. Dave checked for the smell of gas throughout the day and called to tell me it was ready for pickup. Before I made it out of the parking lot, one tire went down to 24 as it had a screw in it. Shamelessly, I walked back in and they quickly patched the tire. Though a long few weeks, I can’t complain one bit with the service and help from David and others at this location. Even having a run of bad luck, I’ll continue to bring my vehicle here.”
