“So I want to address a false review that a person got on here & made about an event that took place yesterday. If we going to address something that happened & it’s serious & peoples job & safety is at stake let’s tell the whole story tell why he felt the need to have to have his gun tell what you did that made him & his coworkers feel like they needed to protect themselves against you. “Today my husband and I visited the Verizon Store in Aberdeen NC.
Our goal was to purchase a flip phone for its ease of use as my husband’s current Apple cell phone wasn’t charging.
And we needed a new phone, or at least we thought we did.
A wonderful, young, knowledgeable salesman named Justin Freeman helped us. He patiently listened to our phone concerns.
And then, Justin asked my husband if he does yard work on occasions? My husband replied nearly every day in our yard.
And then Justin set to work and cleaned the charging site of my husband’s phone. There was much debris!!
We were amazed, my husband’s cell phone was charging, it was working properly!!
Justin solved our issue and saved us money as well!!

“Cameron set us up with new phone and hotspots etc he was exceptional and very knowledgeable too. Then they billed us for the phone he then spent over an hour with customer support to rectify the mistake he was so patient and walked the rep in the phone on what to do he also made sure it was all documented. Highly recommend him”
