We were very pleased with the Tyler ( T-Mobile rep) who worked with us diligently for over an hour and a half to get us the upgraded phone. She reviewed all of the choices with us and reviewed all of the pros and cons of each option. Since we are older people she provided us with wrist watches that link to our phone so that if on of us should fall or have an accident it will alert the our partner. She gave us her business card and told us to call if we have any problems with the new phone and watches. She has bright smile, a calm manner, and it was a pleasure to have met her.”
