Then they billed us for the phone he then spent over an hour with customer support to rectify the mistake he was so patient and walked the rep in the phone on what to do he also made sure it was all documented. Highly recommend him”

“So I want to address a false review that a person got on here & made about an event that took place yesterday. If we going to address something that happened & it’s serious & peoples job & safety is at stake let’s tell the whole story tell why he felt the need to have to have his gun tell what you did that made him & his coworkers feel like they needed to protect themselves against you. If you felt so threatened why not call the police then & there you came to google to leave a review in hopes of what cause he’s not in the whole. “June 2025 marks 7 years with Velocity Broadband. Spectrum wanted $21,000 to provide us service ½ mile from their cable. Velocity installed our antenna pointed to their tower 100 yards away for $200. It is more susceptible to weather than direct cable and has limitations for bandwidth achievable, but they are 1000 times better at customer service. We have multiple family members on iPads, computers and iPhones as well as streaming movies, sports & shows and it works great.
A solution to internet needs definitely a must to consider.”
