“What an amazing experience we had shopping for a new stove at the Southport, NC location…I ordered what I thought was the stove we wanted over the phone with Logan and he was so very helpful…he had the stove ready for me to pick up immediately! Needless to say, once I got it home, we realized it was not what we were looking for. Called Sunday morning (the next day) and Logan answered the phone when we asked for appliances, answered all of our questions and was so knowledgeable. We returned the stove with no issues, went back to appliances and were lucky enough to have both Logan and Hunter answering all of our questions! We now have the stove we were looking for thanks to their expertise! We will always shop for appliances at the Southport location and only hope we get to deal with Logan and Hunter again! Thanks so much for making this shopping experience so less stressful!”
