“I spoke with Stephen,, the store manager, on Monday and he showed me a live chair that I thought would be perfect for my elderly mother that was having trouble getting a chair to go back and to get her up quickly and enough going forward. I took her back out there on Wednesday to let her try it and it was just as good as I thought she would’ve liked it and she purchased the chair. Two young ladies that worked there helped us and we couldn’t have had a nicer experience both days! I will definitely be going back there when I’m ready for more furniture!”

“This is the best store I have dealt with. The sales manager Scott i think was his name was very helpful and helped me get everything I needed when I first started. Then later on down the line, I ran into some trouble with my account and I was hesitant to call but when I finally did I was treated with respect and that meant a lot to me, they considered my situation and after a conversation they were able to help me in a way that was convenient for my change of income. The accounts manager went thru my account details and clearly explained everything. I did my part nd they did theirs I swear if someone has issues with this store is because they themselves messed up. “I called spoke with Hannah she was extremely helpful about this table I was interested in. Having seen it at the Ashley store, I loved it but not the price so after seeing R&J had it for a better deal I ordered it. It was a counter height kitchen table with four stools, and scheduled for it to be delivered and assembled, which was great especially for the price couldn’t beat it. After noticing an imperfection in the table, I made them aware and they had me a brand new table in less than 3 hours(they had another in stock). Then a stool had a small gash but they brought a replacement. I can’t thank R&J Furniture enough for being so understanding and so helpful! Also shout out to Bryce and company for bringing in the table and making sure it looked perfect before they left. You guys are great thanks again!”
