“We needed phone upgrades (we were still using iphone 7+) and a change of providers. We put it off for a LONG time because we were dreading the experience. After checking reviews for stores near us in Shelby, we came to Forest City, still feeling anxious and still dreading the experience. Flo greeted us immediately, and she and Nick made the entire process pretty painless! They were helpful without being condescending - a great thing for those of us who are not tech savy. There was no attempt to get us to add unnecessary things, and when I mentioned I was thinking of changing our current internet and considering an apple watch, Flo gave me the info and said to let her know if and when I was ready to move forward. No pressure to make an on-the-spot decision. When I'm ready for either of those, I'll definitely return to this location! Wish all our cell phone store experiences over the years had been this great!
