“I stopped by the Amoco in Spring Lake recently and had an outstanding experience, thanks to one of your employees who truly stands out. This young woman with fun multicolor hair (I didn’t catch her name) is an absolute gem! She was incredibly kind, always smiling, and made everyone around her feel welcome. She handled a hectic rush of customers, including some very demanding lotto players, with patience and grace. I noticed her going above and beyond—helping someone who got stuck in the bathroom, all while cleaning up the store.
She’s clearly got a big heart. Her positivity and work ethic are infectious; she turned what could’ve been a stressful stop into a genuinely pleasant experience. This employee deserves recognition for her dedication and kindness. I’ll definitely be back to this Amoco because of her—even though it's a bit out of my way, you've got a new loyal customer! “Always has the lowest price of the 3 Shell stations nearest to my home. Well maintained. Can occasionally be difficult to exit turning South at times when the Ft Bragg base traffic is in effect 6:30-8:30am & 3:00-5:30pm.”
