Gabriel and the crew know exactly how to proceed and take the right steps to speed the process even if insurance is involved. “Honest, reliable and fair prices! I originally took my car to the ford dealer. I was experiencing a weird issue and figured the dealership would probably know what’s up. They kept my car for a few days and returned it letting me know they had no idea what the issue was. I decided to give Nicks a shot. It did take a week to get in, so know that they are busy, but they are worth it! They figured out the issue after explaining what was going on with it. Diagnostics didn’t catch anything so this was all exploratory on their part. Honest when calling me to let me know their solution may not work but we could give it a try. Over a month later and my car is still running just fine. They have gained a new loyal customer for sure!”
