“It all started with a chatbot inquiry on Williams Subaru in Charlotte, NC about a used Ford Escape 2020 SE and Stephanie from internet sales followed up first thing on Monday morning and I told her my requirements for a salesperson and she set me up with Maggie Fore. When I met Maggie, she had a great smile and greeting and Stephanie made sure I was with the right salesperson. Maggie proceeded with showing the car, test drive, and when it was time to negotiate, she was my advocate when she spoke with Aaron Ballentine (Sales Manager) to finalize a reasonable reduction in price. Aaron even wrote a note to say let us get this done! Maggie took down all my concerns along with Aaron to buff out the scratches and paint the scrapes. Afterwards, I met with Kaetlyn Sweatt (Business Manager) who was also very pleasant, great smile, and attitude in making the closing of the deal as smooth as possible without pushing any extra fees or add-on sales. In fact, Kaetlyn made sure that the signing process for my wife was as short as possible. At the time of delivery and pick up, Maggie made sure it was the shortest time, and had Josh (Sales Manager) expedite any paperwork. My wife was pleasantly surprised with how smooth, short, and painless the entire buying process along with even a full tank gas at delivery. When I inspected the car touch-ups for the paint scratches, it was above and beyond performed by the body shop because Maggie Fore made sure it was impeccable. The scratches were not just touched up but fully painted and the car was buffed to remove any other light scratches! Maggie truly delivered and if it was not for her, that started with Stephanie assigning the right salesperson, this purchase would not have occurred. The exemplary customer service by the entire team made Williams Subaru the best experience ever to buy a car!!!!! Outstanding!”

But what’s even better, they went above and beyond after the repair and gave my car an amazing detail! I believe a full paint correction as well! The black paint shines like it did when it was new! I’ve been so busy lately I haven’t had time to even wash my poor Macan. When I picked it up today, I was blown away! Not only was the outside immaculate, the inside was spotless as well! Even the barrels of the wheels were clean!

“They did an excellent job repairing my vehicle, and even helped me track down an additional problem because we weren't sure if it was related to the accident or not. It turned out to not be related to the accident. Actually, it stumped all of us for a bit (I somewhat know my way around car mechanics) and the problem didn't trace back to the impact area like we expected. It turns out that the issue is probably because my car was initially driven in an area that gets way more snow and therefore was subjected to be driven on salted roads. Everyone was very friendly, and I was kept very informed about the repair progress via regular text updates.”
