“Amazing furniture and customer service! I looked high and low for a new couch/sectional after moving to Charlotte and was confronted with mediocre designs or astronomical prices. Just when I had almost consigned myself to paying double the cost to get what I was looking for, I stumbled across K&D. I met one of the owners and on a subsequent visit, met other thoughtful and patient staff. Everyone was so accommodating down to the delivery people.
Purchase: I landed on a newly designed sectional that can be reconfigured whenever I choose to move the pieces around. The fabric is easy to vacuum pet hair, but soft. The couches themselves are dense, sturdy and sit high which makes getting on and off a breeze. I love how wide the cushions are and the depth of the individual seats. For reference, the living is 16x16.
My son requested a beanbag which is also extremely dense and re-shapes easily. My daughter has an ottoman to hold her stuffed animals or to use as extra seating in her room. 10/10 would absolutely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture at an affordable price! Also, the turn around for having this custom furniture made was twice a fast over other retailers. Extremely happy with our purchases ✨”
“I love the deals and the customer service. I really appreciate having a public restroom however the sink is broken in the ladies room and has been running on full for atleast a month that I know. Due to the water shortage I really feel that’s soooo wasteful.”
“Fairly good, but there is a strong smell of some kind of perfume. Like a REALLY strong smell and I have issues with perfume so it was a bit frustrating. But overall good! Also Amazing staff!”
“Good place to get affordable bathroom items and hygiene products as well as personal care stuff like body scrub and face wash. There is also sales on perfume and shower gel sometimes.
Pantry staples are affordable too. Good idea to stock up on canned food like corned beef and tuna and soup here.
If you buy in bulk you can be eligible for coupons.”
“I love shopping here, its never crowded or busy which is why I always go. The workers are always nice and always greet you when you walk in. They will always help you if you need help. The items here are always cute and not expensive.”
“Everything that I need & keeps me tidy & organized I get from the Dollar Tree. Candles, pot holders, place mats, suduko booklets, matches, gift bags, cards for every season, seasonal items & decors. Even candy. Lots of necessities. The employees are generally helpful & nice people.
They also carry cute items for storage. I think you can manage to get basic items & more @ the Dollar Store. Im a fan. There are youtube channels that center around the Dollar Store items.”

“Besides the new extremely rude cashier who either doesn’t understand or pretends not to this is a nice store. Avoid her if you can she will ignore what you say and isn’t friendly at all. Like every store it’s starting to get overcrowded and the new stock is gone quickly. That being said it’s still the best one in the area and all of the other cashiers are nice and polite.”
“Had what I needed but nothing is a dollar anymore as you all know, but in some cases things are $5, $10, $15 or more. Those should be sold at Family Dollar or other stores. This was not a combined store and I honestly don't mind paying $1.50 for an item. I just don't like to go to DOLLAR tree and pay what I could be paying at other stores. Other than that, they have a lot of things you can use for household products kids stuff snd pet stuff. Selection is good.”

“I had a very pleasant interaction with the new manager. Please customers don't ruin it for her. Help clean up and keep your kids under control when shopping. The store was very clean and organized.
