John was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to replace my phone battery in less than 30 minutes. It's working great and it's so nice to have a phone battery that lasts longer than half a day. “I had an excellent experience starting with Ashley who answered the phone, very friendly, helpful and efficient. Ordered my washing machine over the phone and it was delivered the very next day, they took the old washer with them and the removal price was $10 less than the other places I checked, also the new hoses for the machine were $20 less than the other places. Saving $30 there and $20 for the machine pretty much paid for the tax charge. The two gentleman (and I do mean that) that delivered the machine also friendly, efficient and showed me how to use the new machine and ran a small wash to make sure everything was good. I would purchase from Queen City again.”
“The store seems to have a variety of things. Tvs, audio equipment, tools, musical instruments etc. The store was clean and the isles were debris free which made everything more accessible. But the store employee, employee number 5122143, please see the attached receipt, that I have had the misfortune of dealing with on two occasions leaves me with mixed feelings about my most recent shopping experience. She's not very engaging and seems to be easily off-putting aka don't ask me any questions just do your shopping and get out. On Saturday July the 26th I took my purchase to the register. Once I completed my transaction she asked if I would like a bag, and I replied yes. After all this would make transporting my purchase a lot easier. She bagged my DVDs and asked if I would like my receipt and I replied yes. She looked at me with a befuddled look of why would you need a receipt. I replied well just in case the DVDs that I purchased were to have any type of playback issue. She said well in the event of such an issue, i would not be able to get a refund so, I asked. Wouldn't I be entitled to an exchange and she said well I don't know. Well reading the receipt I found that some purchases offer what's called a POM aka a peace of mind warranty. While others will offer a limited time exchange offer. I guess my complaint is two fold. Her customer service skills need to be refreshed and her store policy acumen needs to be addressed. So the store gets a five star rating for cleanliness and product ability and good pricing but. Employee number 5122143 gets a negative star rating for being under informed and passive aggressive.”

“Arrived as soon as they opened, and we were greeted immediately. Had some issues going on with a phone, and while the issue could not be resolved immediately, we still received great customer service. Located off Albemarle Rd. Beside a Fitness Connection with plenty of parking spaces to choose from. It's kind of a sketch area, but no issues at all. Wouldn't mind returning if I ever need to.”

“Under new ownership, so ignore previous negative comments. Moe was fantastic. Fixed my broken screen and one of my camera's broken lenses in only an hour and a half while I waited. And the price was at least $100 less than I was quoted elsewhere. Quality service and personnel. I hope I never need any more repairs, but if I do, this is where I will get the job done!”

“Excellent service walked in and out with saving over $250 a month from leaving ATT after 11 years with that provider and upgraded 3 out of the 5 phones on my plan and walk out only paying $150. The entire staff was great but the manager and Carolina were the best. Thank you guys for an easy transition. AND to top it off my mother's phone had to be added on in NY and when she went to that location the manager there took care of my mother's phone for her with no issues either.. Thank you for still giving excellent customer service.”

“This store definitely deserves a 5 star review. We came to switch and Sophia was amazing! She went above and beyond what you would expect from an agent. The previous carrier (Verizon) gave us a hard time with switching over information plus prolonging it over an hour but Sophia was very patient and not once frustrated and made us feel comfortable. It was the best decision to switch especially coming to this Location. If it wasn't for Sophia being the star that she is I don't think our transition would have been so smooth! She definitely was the reason why I am happy with our decision to switch to cricket!”

“I brought my Vizio 55 inch HD TV in. It was 7 years old and the picture was gone. Victor repaired it and got it back to perfect condition in 2 days. Much cheaper than buying a new one. His price was great, his repairs were quick as promised and he answers the phone which is rare in this day and age. He even helped me load it in my car. If you need a TV repaired, Action TV Service and Sales is where you should go, and where I will go from here on out.”

“I had a great experience at the Matthews Township Parkway T Mobile in Matthews NC. Expanded Charlotte NC area.
Dwantae showed me plans and answered all my questions pertaining to my needs. He also helped me pick out the plan I needed based on my needs.
He converted my service from Verizon to T Mobile. He was very patient and completed the conversion very quickly.
I have had T Mobile for a week now and have had great coverage and service.
I will be recommending Dwantae and T Mobile to everyone.

“This location is pretty big and renovated. I did come on a Saturday, so it was quite BUSY, to say the least. Parking was full, but I was able to snag one almost at the front. There is a big parking lot so there are plenty of spaces to choose from. Inside was pretty clean but just so much traffic. The makeup section was picked apart and crowded, so I just opted to stay away. Other than that, it is a great location and has a variety of things and is well stocked. I would try to avoid going on weekends as it seems it's always so crowded when I go on weekends.”

“This was my first time shopping at Aarons and it was an extremely pleasant experience. Dericka is an absolutely amazing sales associate. Her customer service and knowledge of products is second to none. She was kind, courteous, honest and very helpful. Mario delivered my entire living room set to the second floor by himself. He never complained, griped or frowned. He made sure that everything was exactly the way that I wanted it before he left my home. The fact that he delivered everything by himself was truly impressive. I'll definitely be shopping at this location again very soon.”

“Very clean store went always see the lady there cleaning. This store is very clean and the men's restroom needs attention, she let me use the ladies room lol most places do not but she did dooles to her ( good job manager she's a keeper) I asked her to help she said she would take care of it rite away. I think she said her name was Anna can't remember but very friendly & super smile everything looks so clean and smells so good ?. I own a small business and I give this place a 7 for the looks really picked up over the weeks. Good work to the management.”
