“My amazing BMW had a subpar audio system that severely lacked bass. The guys at CA installed a Memphis 12” sub and sound dampening material to help minimize the car rattling on the outside. This changed everything. Now it sounds awesome. Still more rattling than I would prefer but there’s only so much you can do about that. Very professional team, fair prices and great service. Had some issues going on with a phone, and while the issue could not be resolved immediately, we still received great customer service. Located off Albemarle Rd. Beside a Fitness Connection with plenty of parking spaces to choose from. It's kind of a sketch area, but no issues at all. Wouldn't mind returning if I ever need to.”

I was looking for a strapless bra in my size, and even though we couldn’t find exactly what I needed, she went above and beyond to try and help me. She was kind, patient, and genuinely so sweet the entire time. Her positive attitude made what could have been a frustrating shopping trip feel easy and enjoyable. Target is lucky to have someone like her on their team—I left feeling so impressed by her customer service!”

“I was looking for a Black Series Darth Vader helmet and could not find it at any of the locations within 100 miles. But the system kept showing that the Matthews location had only one left. So I drove 40 minutes only to be told that if it was not on the floor, it meant it was sold. The young man was a bit rude and seemed bothered that I asked questions about the product. So, I left. I forgot about it and resumed my search a couple weeks later. Once again, I was being told Matthews had the helmet. I called the store trying to figure this out. A man by the name of Mike decided to help. He went to the back of the store and searched for what seemed like 25 min. All the while, Im on the line hearing him move boxes and telling me to bear with him. He finally found it! Turns out, it was on 2 day hold since 2022! He set it aside for me and it took me an hour to get there. Mike went above and beyond. Such a nice fellow and I'm happy Gamestop have people like him. Mike is awesome. Thanks Mike!”

“This location is pretty big and renovated. I did come on a Saturday, so it was quite BUSY, to say the least. Parking was full, but I was able to snag one almost at the front. There is a big parking lot so there are plenty of spaces to choose from. Inside was pretty clean but just so much traffic. The makeup section was picked apart and crowded, so I just opted to stay away. Other than that, it is a great location and has a variety of things and is well stocked. I would try to avoid going on weekends as it seems it's always so crowded when I go on weekends.”
“We went for a Pokemon drop last Friday and the management team did an outstanding job. Especially Louis, he made sure people were organized and everyone got a fair chance to buy the products. They organized the checkout process as well. Best drop ever. I shop here all the time and it’s the best target around. From stock to the team of target it’s always a fantastic experience.”

“After getting locked out of my company, phone and my company contact directing me to hit the verizon store, I ended up walking in at about 12:20pm and was greeted immediately by Annette. She asked me why I was there?And I told her that I was hoping to get some help even though I already knew what the outcome would be with my phone being on a corporate account. Although she was not able to fix my issue because it had to be fixed by my company, she at least got me access back into my phone and was very patient while I worked through communicating with my company for info. Everything she told me was accurate and I appreciated her upfront and honest demeanor. Annette took charge, was no nonsense, professional, patient, firm, respectful and more than willing to help. We need to clone her for customer service roles everywhere.”

“Very clean store went always see the lady there cleaning. This store is very clean and the men's restroom needs attention, she let me use the ladies room lol most places do not but she did dooles to her ( good job manager she's a keeper) I asked her to help she said she would take care of it rite away. I think she said her name was Anna can't remember but very friendly & super smile everything looks so clean and smells so good ?. I own a small business and I give this place a 7 for the looks really picked up over the weeks. Good work to the management.”
