“Power was out during hurricane Florence but these guys opened up shop anyways so I was able to get what I needed to hook up my generator at home that night. A true blessing. Putting others before themselves. Will definitely visit again and recommend to others.”
“At times, there are not enough staff to assist at the service desk and Geek squad. However, I recently observed more staff at the service desk for the holiday season.The store is clean and organized. Staff are friendly, thorough, and command solid knowledge of the products. Furthermore, they strive to meet the customers needs.Of note, if you have a Geek Squad plan and require service for your electronic device, call the 800 service number first to find out if they service your device. Some electronic and related services are excluded from the plan.”
“This group of people has always been very helpful when I have had any issues I couldn’t resolve online or over the phone. Excellent customer service, regardless of the fact I am never in there to buy anything. As a longtime Sprint customer that converted when T-Mobile took over, I have to say the change has gone well! Go see these guys if you’re shopping for new carrier, or need any help!”
“I came in Feb of 2024 to see about getting an upgrade from my iPhone XR. It had been glitching and super slow due to age and storage. The manager 'Brenan' (hope I spelled it right) let me know while everyone was busy with a customer that someone would be with me shortly. Overall GREAT service, and no complaints. If you want details I'll list below. -Acknowledged I was there and informed me when I would be helped -Heard my story of why I was there, then gave me honest feedback as to the possibilities. -He checked every way of upgrading to get me the best price instead of going with the initial idea of trade in. (it was cheaper for me to keep my phone and upgrade) -As the manager, he had to step away a few times to help other employees with their sales, and he always apologized and let me know he would be right back. -Checked in other customers as they came in to assess their service needs so they too weren't awkwardly waiting. -Personable and easy to talk to. Generally interested in a conversation. -Respectful and courteous to everyone. -At the end of the sale the power box in the Matthews area went out so the lights went off and alarm was sounding. He did great and knew everyone but employees had to leave due to security reasons. -Informed and showed me any and all prices and items I'd be paying for. This staff at this location on this day made something I was stressed and worried about into a pleasant experience. It's hard to find workers with respect and people skills in this day but I will 100% recommend this store for someone else!”
“The ginger boy in there was real sweet and very nice to talk to. He spoke about the new resident evil 8, and he and i both had similar opinions on it. Super nice kid.”
“This location is pretty big and renovated. I did come on a Saturday, so it was quite BUSY, to say the least. Parking was full, but I was able to snag one almost at the front. There is a big parking lot so there are plenty of spaces to choose from. Inside was pretty clean but just so much traffic. The makeup section was picked apart and crowded, so I just opted to stay away. Other than that, it is a great location and has a variety of things and is well stocked. I would try to avoid going on weekends as it seems it's always so crowded when I go on weekends.”

“Catching up on reviews. Though the location near 485 is my favorite, this location is closest to me. After a long work day, I used Uber Eats for a delivery on Wednesday, 08-10-22.For 7-Eleven, the pizza was decent. Things taste better when you're tired & hungry. The pizza was hot when it was delivered. Never had a problem with any Uber Eats deliveries. The adult beverage selection at this location isn't as good as the location off Independence near 485.”

“I had a Great experience at Target Optical and the young lady Gina was so sweet. She helped me order my contacts. She was patience and the manager at the Optical was very kind as well. I will be returning and now they have a new family to service for glasses a d contacts. This was a Great experience.”
