“Stopped by looking for a gas fireplace unit for our mountain house. We were helped by Donna Spurr who took her time to turn on and show us many units. She gave us a few brochures when we left to lookover. We decided on the unit we wanted and called her back for a quote. She quickly sent it out. We decided on the unit we wanted but the lead time was two weeks which was beyond our timeline. She then offered us an open box unit that was better than the one we first looked at to purchase. In the end we got the upgraded open box unit for basically the same price as the other unit and was able to pick it up that weekend! Thank you Donna for the excellent service!!”
