He was very understanding about my delivery needs and took care of that too. Great service, next day delivery, HD and Lowe’s can’t even do that. “I had an excellent experience starting with Ashley who answered the phone, very friendly, helpful and efficient. Ordered my washing machine over the phone and it was delivered the very next day, they took the old washer with them and the removal price was $10 less than the other places I checked, also the new hoses for the machine were $20 less than the other places. Saving $30 there and $20 for the machine pretty much paid for the tax charge. The two gentleman (and I do mean that) that delivered the machine also friendly, efficient and showed me how to use the new machine and ran a small wash to make sure everything was good. I would purchase from Queen City again.”
