“I’ve been using this dry cleaner for over two years with no issues. Recently I thought I had my first problem: I picked up my suit and realized later that I had my pants, but the wrong jacket.
When I went back, they were apologetic, explained it rarely happens, and asked me to give them the ticket number and some time to contact other clients. We agreed that if nothing turned up in about three weeks, they’d cover the cost of my custom suit (over $600). Fair enough.
Fast forward—turns out my coworker had my jacket. He texted me a picture saying, “Hope this means you have mine.” (I didn’t. The cleaners did.) I called to explain and apologize for wrongly assuming they’d lost it. They couldn’t have been nicer. They even offered to clean my coworker’s jacket for free.
Bottom line: they handled the situation with patience, honesty, and grace—even when it turned out I was the one in the wrong. Good people running a good business.”

“This is the best Dry Cleaning service I’ve had. They do a great job with my clothes, but also go above and beyond with their service. They always remember my name and they truly care. I walked in yesterday with a very quick timeline to get things cleaned, and they not only were able to get it cleaned but also personally called me when it was done and held it on the side for when I walked in. If I could give 6 stars, I would!”

“Nice place. Have went several times and it was closed so 24hrs it need to be just that. Plus snack machines not working when I went not accept card or cash. But nice place to do laundry. Washer need to be 2.50 that gain more customers but great place however I think the sockets should not be cover up for paying customers to charge. They phones while they wait. I call for a job they never call me back but got now hireing sign on the door. Machines works great Changes need to be made for paying customers and a working atm not one just for show thank u.”
“We have been going to the cleaners at this Weddington Corners location for years, and we have always liked the staff who are so friendly and pleasant and very helpful. They turn this routine errand into a nice experience. Since it became Elite Cleaners recently, we are pleased with the added features and changes. We appreciate the text we receive when are clothes are ready and the fact that we can write a live person back on the text if needed. They often have our clothes ready before the day promised; and although that is not expected, it is nice. The clothes are also packaged with extra care now.”

“Myers Park Cleaners got two stains out of an expensive rug that I assumed was going to be thrown out. It took them less than 10 days. The rug looks as good as new. As a further testament to their customer service, they also dropped the rug off in my living room after it would not fit in my car. I don’t know how anyone would not recommend this establishment. I’ll definitely be back.”
“I went to this cleaners because it was recommended to me by a friend who altered her wedding dress here. It was my first time altering a dress and I had about a week before my event. The dress was very long and it had a tail that I wanted gone. I also didn’t want to wear a bra and the dress fit me loose from the front and I also had by back portion that was standing out because it wasn’t fitted. This dress was very complex to fix and I was afraid not just anyone was able to do it and I was running out of time.When I went to this cleaner I was afraid that they would turn me away. I asked for it to be finished within a week and I explained my issues with the dress. I work two jobs and it was imposible for me to have time to get it fixed.They let me know they would do it and got my measurements. I was happy with my results and I didn’t have to wear a bra. The height was perfect because it didn’t drag in the floor but it was still floor length. I got lots of complements and my husband loved it!”
