“I can confidently say, so far, so good. Have my prescriptions always been ready to go 100% of the time? No, but that’s life. Has the customer service been great? Absolutely! A little kindness goes a long way. I have personally seen pharmacists cussed out, berated and belittled for what they provide. The truth is, I honestly don’t think that a good chunk of people realize what pharmacists actually do and the education and know-how that it takes to perform such a thankless job. I even saw a guy say that he could do a better job than the actual pharmacist….really, Sir? It’s more than filling a doctor ordered prescription, it’s making sure that what other meds (supplements) we might have going on or any allergies, ect. don’t adversely effect us in any way (or quite frankly, do us in), plus a lot more that we aren’t aware of. Please be gracious and appreciative to our pharmacists. It’s a tough job and it wasn’t easy for them to get to where they are.
