“This is my neighborhood pharmacy. The team is generally nice and I like the drive thru feature. At times, the team seems bothered or distracted, but overall it's good service. I once had an old school handwritten script from my dentist due to pain in my tooth while I awaited a root canal. My dentist said narcotic prescriptions had to be written on paper. However, Teeter refused to fill the perscription, stating that it was "illegal" to fill narcotic scripts without an electronic perscription. I found this to be ridiculous, as the system would be able to tell if I had filled a specific prescription an excessive number of times, etc. This was, of course, after 5pm on a Thursday while I was in severe pain and my dentist office is closed on Fridays. So, I had no way to call them to update the script to digital, etc. The pharmacy tech told me that no one would be able to fill it. Thirty minutes later I had my medication in hand from Walgreens.”
“Best pharmacy around. Point blank. All the employees there are great. Scott Koone is the best pharmacist y’all could have employed there. Only one bad thing I have to say. Your new phone call in system doesn’t work. Go back to the old one.”

“The minute clinic is a wonderful place to go if you're not able to go to your regular doctor as long as you have a CVS located by you and you're able to get in they do take walk-ins or you can schedule appointment online is very easy and convenient the doctors are very knowledgeable or the PA should I say the pharmacy's in there so once they prescribe you whatever it is you need you can pick up your prescription right next door if you need vaccinations they'll give those to you too. I give it five stars they haven't let me down yet”
“I tested positive for COVID, and my Doctor prescribed Paxlovid. When I came to the drive through window the tech asked did I realize the cost was $383. I told her yes, but I didn't really have a choice. She said there was a web site I could go to and sign up for a rebate. She stepped away and came back with a sticky note with the web site and a phone number. I came back with my new Paxcess card and the $383 was taken care of completely. She didn't have to do that. The extra effort she and Walgreens put forth is welcome these days of "hurry up" and make the most money possible.”

“I’ve never been treated better by any other pharmacy if I am forced to use another pharmacy I always find myself comparing how my Belmont CVS treats me compared to them & every time it’s Belmont for the win! It doesn’t matter if it’s my kids meds or mine I’m met with respect & courtesy every time! If there is a stock issue they’ll help me find a cvs I can temporarily use or they’ll order the med for me & the meds arrive so quickly! When I call & leave a msg for a call back they are so prompt & helpful! Even though they are super busy & take care of a lot of patients they treat me as my own person & I appreciate that! I appreciate all of them for being available like they are & taking care of my medication needs!”

“Harris Teeter it is a very clean store
The produce is always fresh
Meat department employees are helpful and the meat is always fresh
The Dehli is friendly and will walk around the meat case if I can't see them to help me
They have great sales
If I can not find something I will go to the customer service and they will or get another employee to help me find it
They will walk with me and show me the exact location of the item I'm looking for
The baggers are well mannered and very helpful
I tell a lot of people it the best grocery store to do your shopping”
