“This is my neighborhood pharmacy. The team is generally nice and I like the drive thru feature. At times, the team seems bothered or distracted, but overall it's good service. I once had an old school handwritten script from my dentist due to pain in my tooth while I awaited a root canal. My dentist said narcotic prescriptions had to be written on paper. However, Teeter refused to fill the perscription, stating that it was "illegal" to fill narcotic scripts without an electronic perscription. I found this to be ridiculous, as the system would be able to tell if I had filled a specific prescription an excessive number of times, etc. This was, of course, after 5pm on a Thursday while I was in severe pain and my dentist office is closed on Fridays. So, I had no way to call them to update the script to digital, etc. The pharmacy tech told me that no one would be able to fill it. Thirty minutes later I had my medication in hand from Walgreens.”
“I needed advice on a cushion for my dad to sit on to relieve pressure on a sore. Rick in the pharmacy came out and discussed all the options with me. He was very patient and compassionate and took the time to talk to me. He also had a “you’re safe with me” pin on his jacket 🌈 🥰 I left feeling so encouraged!”
“This pharmacy is always helpful! The last few times I’ve been in the whole crew went above and beyond with trying to fill my medication! I want to give a shout out to the tall guy that works here, I think is name is Zack! He’s always really knowledgeable, patient, and I can tell he is trying to do the best for the customers here. “Harris Teeter it is a very clean store
The produce is always fresh
Meat department employees are helpful and the meat is always fresh
The Dehli is friendly and will walk around the meat case if I can't see them to help me
They have great sales
If I can not find something I will go to the customer service and they will or get another employee to help me find it
They will walk with me and show me the exact location of the item I'm looking for
The baggers are well mannered and very helpful
I tell a lot of people it the best grocery store to do your shopping”
