“The one in Wilson, NC, is great, even for a Harbor Freight store. Staff is very friendly and outgoing, store is always well stocked and clean, very organized, and you can't beat the prices. Not every product is on par with what the big box stores offer. But with Hercules, Badlands, and Vulcan brands, just to name a few, they are a much higher reliability product than ever. I always buy the warranty cause it is covered in store and almost always just replaced without question.”
