“I haven't had any business dealings with RC's Lawnmower Sales and Service. I live about 40 minutes away in Northern Iredell County . The reason for my recent visit was to take supplies they were gathering for Western North Carolina hurricane Helene victims that are being taken in at the KOA in Statesville. 33 children and their families will have a place to stay and a place to be safe. Their homes and towns were utterly decimated by the storm . Most lost everything . Any company with this much heart to help those in need has to be a great company. They were so nice and helpful, and many thanks to the KOA as well.”

“Lucky to find Randy Marion Cadillac. A mechanical issue with my recent cadillac while enroute to Mooresville required a tow to the Randy Marion service department. Waiting for the diagnosis, I connected with salesman Nol Eagle. I had some specific criteria for a new vehicle and Nol presented several available options. Nol and I agreed on a trade and purchase. I requested to add an after market partial 3M front vinyl application and Nol directed me to a local affiliate they use. I returned home while the dealer prep and 3M application was to be completed. The 3M vendor notified Nol that a paint chip would be seen after coating. Nol immediately recalled the vehicle and sent it for correction. The vehicle was returned several days later but did not pass Nol's inspection and was sent back for further correction. The delay for paint repair and eventual 3M application lasted almost three weeks. This would have been a transportation issue if not for the assistance of Nol and Sales Manager Grady providing me with a loaner vehicle. Living 250 miles away, I am extremely grateful for the personal attention Nol and Grady provided during this remote process.”
