“These folks have been in business a long time and it shows. They know their products, they can answer any questions you may have, and they have plenty of options to choose from. Their installation crew is top-notch as well. Every corner, cutout, seam, etc. was perfect on our install. They worked efficiently and thoroughly, not leaving until every scrap of old carpet was gone and every square inch of the new carpet was vacuumed. Highly recommended!”

“I purchased a recliner lift chair. I did a lot of research and price checking. Definitely, BEST PRICE on chair and delivery. People at the store were easy to deal with. They held the for 2 weeks since it was a gift. The delivery people were on time, courteous and set up the chair for us. We are seniors. So that was a big help. I would do business with them again.”
“Had 4 separate contracts with Bestway and paid all 4 off. My one Queen mattress lasted 6 years.
My daughters bed set is not that good as there’s issues with the way bed is built and sucks without boxspring included and having to purchase our own metal frame separately to add to bed (as directed by Bestway) just has the whole bed a mess, so not happy with the changes. My washer didn’t last too many years and had to purchase a new set elsewhere! They also stop transporting active contracts when you move which is a change they made during my active contracts, so wasn’t happy about that neither!
I do recommend Bestway when in a bind, if you can’t afford to pay everything up front!!!
My 4 stars ⭐️ is for them reporting each contract to credit bureaus which helped rebuild my credit. Just wish they were reported accurately every month!!!”
“Our most recent purchase from this store was a refrigerator. It's very nice and we've had no issues with payments, store employees, or the appliance. My only reason for the review is to warn others of the delivery people. We have a relatively easy set up for delivery using our sliding glass doors in our kitchen. They do have a track at the bottom of them that the actual doors themselves sit in. When they brought the fridge in the door they were a little rough with it. They pushed the fridge forward over the door tracks and it would have been so much easier if they would have put the blue rug under the fridge and backed it up backwards through the door instead. Much more gentle for the appliance and easier for the individuals doing delivery. Luckily no major issues happened. Just a warning to others using their delivery service.”
