Hours: Sheetz of Statesville is about providing kicked-up convenience. This relatively new Sheetz is located northeast of Statesville conveniently on an exit of I-40. Outside services were as expected, with a working air pump and vacuum. Inside, the store is always clean, well-lit, and the Men's rest room was clean. The food is surprisingly good for a gas station — fresh, customizable, and always fast. The best breakfast bagel sandwich is life changing. However, do not order the grill chicken as it tastes like rubber. Coffee is fresh, and the Sheetz app and rewards program add extra value. Customers enjoy cheap gas and a great selection of snacks. The store has a cool bar seating area that faces the window for prime people watching, with cool light fixtures. Background music was a little loud for a daytime visit. The Grand Opening was an awesome exciting experience, with an opportunity to meet the CEO who is a very nice humble man. Open 24/7, Sheetz has what you need, when you need it.
