“This gas station was easy to get in and out of. Staff were friendly. Good prices, nice staff. The bathrooms were super clean so that was nice. What more do you need from a gas station. The pumps were working and they were not slow pumps either.”
“I went in there to get gasoline. The pump wouldn't take my card, so I had to go inside to pay. When they saw that I was disabled, after I was done they brought my change out to me. Nice folks!”

“I was on a mission this morning for a photo request from my Dad to have 4 photos blown up to 5x7 and all horizontal?. It made me nervous because I have minimal phone / computer skills and the photo print machines make me anxious. Stopped at Walgreens on Broad Street and had no help at all so left and came to CVS on Center Street. Kalenia, the cashier, was so much help and made the process so easy. She was patient with me and helped me through it. Fifteen minutes later I've got my photos and happy. She made my day and did a great job helping me position the verticals to horizontal as my Dad requested. She makes it worth shopping there! I will be back?”
“Ingles always has quality fuel and I love being able to get 90 unleaded fuel with no ethanol for my mower there. Prices are excellent also especially if you shop there. You can get as much as a dollar off the posted price with enough points”

“Around 7:30pm today, I sadly got a flat tire after I ordered online on door dash. Door dash said I couldn’t do anything but either just get the cold food whenever I can or eat the money I just spent and get a $0 refund. So instead, I decided to call the store to hopefully get something out of this and they said to talk to the manager on duty when I get there. Once I got to the store an hour later, I told the manager on duty about what happened and she graciously remade all of our food. Give everyone at this gas station tonight a raise and a promotion. After having such a bad week, this really helped me out and put a smile on my face. 1000x thank you again to the gas station employees for understanding and helping out.”

“Today I had the opportunity to see up close the car that takes the photos to prepare our street maps at the Shell gas station on East Broad street in Statesville NC. Thanks to Google and this excellent technology we can search with confidence and certainty where we travel. When we go out our guide is that Google Maps application. Thanks Google. Thanks to the young woman who allowed me to see up close and photograph such important technology.”
“Great location with easy access from both North and Southbound Interstate 77. Combination truck stop and convenience store with diesel fuel island at the side of store and gas diesel pumps in front of store for cars and smaller trucks. They have all the usual convenience store items inside along with a small restaurant ( Karen's Kitchen ) which opens at 5:00AM 6 days a week serving freshly made breakfast biscuits. Also the village post office for the township of Olin is located inside.”

“Visited Sheetz in September 2025 during an overnight trip from Charlotte to Greensboro on business. This is a relatively new Sheetz and is located northeast of Statesville conveniently on an exit of I-40. Outside services were as expected and the air pump and vacuum were both working - one of my tires was low in air pressure so I was happy to find a working air pump. Inside services were as expected and at least the Men's rest room was clean. Stocked up on drinks for traveling an used the self checkout and my Sheetz card. Background music was a little loud for a daytime visit but I was only there for a few minutes. All in all a good experience and I'll likely visit again when I makes trips taking me through Statesville.”
