“I had a flat tire otw to Emerald Isle and was driving on the spare. Battlefield Tire Pros were recommended by the desk clerk at The Best Western Hotel. I called and they were do to close in 10 minutes. They were kind enough to wait for me and they replaced my tire and had me rolling again in no time! “So awesome! I was traveling to Beaufort from out-of-town on the DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING. It was 2:00 pm, and my car started overheating. I saw Cliff's and pulled in. They took me in IMMEDIATELY and I was on my way by three! The receptionist was so kind, Senior Tech Chris personally handled my situation, and GM Mike, put us at ease and kept us updated throughout. “Brought my Food Trailer in that had electrical issue with the running exterior lights. They were able to get me in on the same day I called which wad a relief since other companies would not even want to work on my Trailer. The crew at Advanced Maintenance were able to figure out what was the issue. I didn't catch their names but it was 3 of them who all worked together as a team to try figure out where the issue was starting from. It's nice to see a company that the employees care about working together and figuring out a solution and showed that they cared about the customer.Service: Electrical”

“The folks at Bogue RV on Hwy 70 are fantastic. Bob Oliver is an honest, no pressure salesman. He answered all my questions, and found the answers to the questions he didn't know. Unlike other camper dealers, Bogue RV has no hidden fees. The documentation fee was disclosed right away and the camper price was between the J. D. Power average and low retail price. I was able to negotiate an additional discount. Chris, a mechanic who inspects and repairs the campers, was very thorough during the walk through. He demonstrated and explained how all the systems work, stayed late on a Friday afternoon to ensure we were happy, understood how everything works, and made sure we were properly hooked up and ready to travel. My experience with Bob, Chris and Bogue RV was excellent. I highly recommend them and would buy from them again!”

They even took me back into the shop when the car was on a lift, explained what I was looking at and what was happening so that I would be better informed and not worried about something. “Needed to get our annual inspection completed and we called a lot of places and everywhere was booked out for a week or more. Called this place and as long as I had my registration they said just come on over and they would be able to see me without an appointment. Got there, met Fred who was helping another customer, had me pull outside of one of the bays and only waited about 15 minutes before he got to check out my vehicle. Was quick, painless and easy. They don't take credit or debit cards, so I had to run down the road to Reid's and get some cash, Fred was super friendly about it though. Overall, great experience!”
