“The Bank of Oak Ridge hands down is the best banking and customer service anywhere. Every encounter we have had for years has been with knowledgeable, friendly, and professional people. Most recently, we needed assistance while traveling abroad. Even though it was in the afternoon on a busy Friday, Natalie Payne listened to our situation, gave us advice, and sent us the appropriate forms to do what was needed. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of securely, quickly, and as though we were right there at the location.”

“I would like to leave a review specifically for Mr. John Sadler. I Was out at the ATM and called into the branch to ask if something was wrong with the ATM as I couldn’t deposit cash and the drive-through is closed. Without question he walked out of the branch, took my identification, debit card, and cash, Went inside to deposit it for me, and was back with my receipt in under two minutes. I had a small child in my car with me and didn’t really want to get out and go in and Mr. John was very understanding and I appreciate him.
Bank of America definitely did the right thing making him the face of this branch.”

“This branch on Bridford, in Greensboro, NC. They will work right along side of you until then item is resolved. I can’t say enough good about these folks. They In my opinion is the best branch in the entire system. All representatives know their business and treat customers as GOLD. Eboynee Enoch is the personal banker and is awesome and enjoyable to deal with. no matter how frustrated I get Ebony seems to talk to me and when I leave the branch, I have a big smile from ear to eara on my face. The manager of the establishment or this branch I think his name is Elice not real sure on the spelling however he greets all the customers and knows the names by memory and it’s an awesome awesome manager”

“I recently referred my wife to First Citizens Bank on Market Street. Ashley Foster and her team took great care of her. After having horrible experiences with Truist Bank, my wife was skeptical. First, Ashley talked to her on the phone, going over what were my wifes expectations from the bank. Then Ashley took the time to share her personal background in banking and what my wife could expect from her personally.My wife went in and they spent two hours working with her to help her set up all the accounts she was moving over from the other bank. It has been over a month now and she still tells me how happy she was with the amazing service she received from Ashley and her team.”
“I have been dealing with FCB for many years and have dealt with several branches. Many branches are typical of what you can expect from a mega-bank, but not this one. I have nothing but praise for the service I have received at this branch. The appointments are punctual, I have never had to wait when making an appointment. Paperwork is very often prepared ahead of time so I do not waste time, which is important to me. I often get in and out in minutes. I can not say enough about the excellent service from the manager Ramona Byrd. Not only has she always facilitated the transactions for my business, she has often recommended and implemented real solutions to some of the issues facing my accounts. “I've been banking here almost a decade; since back when they were New Bridge Bank. I've always enjoyed the friendly service, and the accuracy and efficiency of this branch. I do wish they were open weekends, but it's not a huge deal; especially with the 24 hour ATM and online services First National provides.Plus, it's a good setup spot for Goodwill each weekend.Also, this branch does not have a coinstar machine; so if you're bringing in change, the coins need to be rolled.”

I end up getting help from a loan advisor Demarcus Bowden. First off he was very professional, cool, very nice, understanding and very knowledgeable. I never done lending with the bank but he made my experience so easy going and comfortable. Every question I had he explained the answer to me with ease. He even negotiated with the car salesman to get my car payments lower. I walked out the bank with my vehicle and proud as ever to have trusted such a good bank and a good loan advisor.
