“This is a wonderful vet practice. I have been coming here since we moved to the area 8 years ago.So many people have experienced vets that try to nickel and dime you; this practice is not like that. I am very sensitive to my dog's health issues and several times that I have asked for bloodwork or an xray they've recommended not doing it as bloodwork had been done recently or they didn't feel there was a need.We live less than 10 minutes from here so I have referred several neighbors to them. One neighbor had a 16 year old dog in great health. The vet she was seeing recommended palliative care and just wanted to drug her dog up. She started going to Bel Aire and with Dr. Packard's care her dog lived another 2 years not drugged up.Another neighbor just thanked me tonight for referring her to Dr. Haymore (who my dog currently sees and we absolutely love him and Ashley). Her dog had experienced a somewhat serious kidney issue and it seems her dog's kidney values are back to normal with their care.My dog has a sensitive stomach and was experiencing issues despite being on a prescription diet. Haymore took the time to listen to me read off the ingredients on her treats. He immediately zeroed in on an ingredient in one treat and told me to cut that one out. Stomach issues were resolved.This is a really great practice with people who truly care about your animals. I cannot recommend them enough.”

“Took my newest addition, an 8wk old Rottweiler, yesterday to have her first checkup with the vet. The staff all the way from the front desk to the technicians who started the appointment were absolutely world class. My pup was calm throughout the ENTIRE process, no hints of stress whatsoever.The Veterinarian, Dr. John Carr, was absolutely amazing. I went in with my own preconceived notions about how I wanted things to go, having several years of vet med experience personally. Dr. Carr listened to me and explained the pros and cons to any questions I had. He was very thorough and I can say with a certainty that I left that hospital with alot more knowledge than I had going in. There was no sense of judgement or apprehension from the doctor even though there were glaring gaps in the knowledge. He presented me with all the appropriate information and allowed me to make a decision.I would recommend this hospital to anyone who is looking for a smaller, more personable staff that will go the extra mile for their clients! If I could rate them over 5 stars, I would!”

“I have been taking my dogs to Cobb for 20 years. All of the doctors are knowledgeable and conscientious!A few months ago Dr. Whitley spayed my puppy. The puppy has healed so well that you cannot see any evidence of the incision!I greatly appreciate the staff at Cobb! From the front office to the vet techs, the staff is always caring and professional!Recently I sent my dog to board at Camp Cobb! She came back home healthy and happy!”

“I recently switched from the Banfield inside of PetSmart on Lawndale because 1. You're not allowed in the back unless you request it when making your appt, 2. After my dog's services were completed, the tech just handed me my dog and said she's good without explaining what they did, 3. The front desk personnel didn't want to hear my complaints, 4. PetSmart groomer had to take my dog back and forth trying to complete her nail trim after I noticed one paw hadn't even been trimmed. However, since transferring to Highwoods Ave, I have nothing but praise for them. GREAT STAFF and COMMUNICATION! I was tempted to terminate my pet insurance and go back to a regular vet until I went here.”

My dog normally doesn’t do strangers but he allowed her to take him to the back for his shots and trimming of his nails. I’m very happy with the services. Milo-Rose has a new veterinarian home. We are new to Kernersville and we just moved here. This truly put a smile ?on my face.”
“Scheduling was a little stressful since I scheduled for 9:45 but when I called to confirm, they first said my self or my pet was not on the schedule that I must have scheduled with the other clinic that only offers vaccines. I then called back after checking my email confirmation which showed 9:45 appointment time and the address for the kville location. I when I called back I spoke with a different secretary stated we were on the schedule for 9:30. Not a huge deal as thats only a 15min difference but I am glad I called because otherwise we would have shown up "late".Getting there and meeting the staff and doctor in person was a much better experience than expected. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming and so was the doctor. They answered all the questions I had and I felt they were very honest about what exactly my kitten needs.”

“My family has used this Veterinary hospital for many years for primary care. I like most of the staff that seem enthusiastic about their job and animals. I have brought up concerns with my animals that seem to be brushed off as normal but my pets have ended up with health issues that are not addressed until after seeing much worse affects. Kitten with kidney problems that were asked about months before passing. Dog with allergies with no sense in what direction we should address it. I would like if they would send an email, letter or call about reminders of appointments. Even if I missed an appointment because I'm busy with family I didn't get a notification telling me I missed the appointment. I have to reach out, I have to ask the questions to find more information about the issues, have to be proactive in scheduling my next appointment they know I should come in for but they just ask for a payment only after the appointment.”
