“We ran over a bolt while on vacation and it got stuck in our tire. We needed the tire repaired on our van safely because we have to drive 547 miles home Saturday. My boyfriend drove our car to cherry grove automotive repair and they immediately took the car in, plugged the tire for us and didn't even charge us!! “Sean and his wife Melissa are both amazing personable people and very professional but also makes you feel like you have known them for ever. I took my car there (for a second opinion ?) after having been told by another company I would need a new air conditioner motor $1000. Sean said that it would be either $800 to replace the air conditioner motor or a part for $88 dollars.I told him to fix it regardless of the cost. I got a call from Melissa saying come get your car. I was expecting to pay the $800’s but it was only $88 dollars. Sean could have charged me the higher price and told me it was the air conditioner motor I would never have known the difference. I recommend this shop regardless of your mechanical needs from a simple oil change to major repairs. It’s hard to find a good mechanic let alone one who is honest and hard working but this shop and his staff surpasses all others. Support your local small businessmen”
“I know Moe from waiting tables at Eggs Up Grill, the first time I used him to inspect my car it was right after Covid hit. He offered to take my car while I’m at work inspect it and bring it back that was so nice of him. I have been back several times since then and don’t go anywhere else. I would highly recommend them and plus I got more than I bargained for they help me in areas I didn’t even ask for. The conversation that they had with me I’ll keep forever!!!! Very honest men.”
“Today, the owner of Pop's Garage saved my vacation. I called and told them I was from out of town, they immediately said to bring my Lexus in. I was so upset about the potential downtime and cost. We pulled up and he immediately went to work on it and was able to find that it was simply a rock that was in between my exhaust and frame. “Between 3 sons, my wife and myself, I’ve had the need for a body shop too many times over the years. Even though I live 40 miles away, Southern Coast is my go to spot.Unfortunately I’ve needed their services 2ce recently. Just caught the bottom edge of a rising garage door ?. Then I didn’t notice that the hickory tree I happened to park under was chock full o’ nuts ?. That left 8 nice dings in my hood.In both cases the folks at Southern Coast were courteous, prompt and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.”

“I had a popped tire, got the doughnut on and took it to walmart, no appointment because I actually called a different one and went to this walmart accidentally. Workers were very nice, and helped me as best they could. Underneath my car was super rusted where it wouldn't be safe to put it on a lift but they did still mount the tire for me for $15 which I think is a fare price. So I bought a better jack and put the tire on myself and the tire I purchased has great treads and everything was 110 and change after tax. So new tire and mounted it for that price for a sedan tire. Normally would be the price to install as well but nobody should be put in danger to install a tire. Great jack for only 33 plus tax as well”
