“I’ve kept my belongings in storage for three years, and when I picked it up last week, I was impressed with how well my belongings maintained over time with hardly any dust, There was no evidence of any rodents present, I was very pleased! I can’t say enough about the help Megan provided. I forgot my key to the lock, and she drove from her house back to work after hours to cut the lock off for me, she did a fabulous job! as far as customer service, James has always been the most polite, well mannered person I would highly recommend them for these reasons!”

They carefully wrapped and padded my furniture and took care handling a mountain size load of boxes.On arrival at our new home 5 hours away, the teamwork was noted as they had the challenge of placing items in a 3 story home. Paxton and his team were great! Everything is in its place. Special shout out to Abby as she took the time to help with furniture placement in my bedroom. Her ideas of changing what I had in mind keeps the room open and looks better than what I had imagined.Highly recommend this moving company for local or long distance. It was a bit frustrating, but I called customer service for assistance. Thankfully, they were available and helped me get access to my unit.The next day, the office called me back and rectified the situation. I'm pleased with how promptly they addressed the issue.Apart from this minor bump, everything else has been great. The storage facility has been convenient, and the overall experience has been positive. The staff has been friendly and helpful whenever I've needed their assistance.”

“Safe Nest Mooresville has been awesome. Rented a unit for myself in June, smooth easy process at a great price. Then the rest of my family moved here, rented one unit but day of move in realized we needed two. The gentleman that helped me (on the morning of 9/21/23) was beyond amazing and patient. We had no idea how big of a unit we needed and he had to redo our lease several times over the phone while I had my 80 year old grandparents, dogs barking, and the gardener all in the background. I was stressed and all over the place, but he was calm and comforting during the entire process. He was so awesome and helpful! Highly recommended!”

“Drove to their Cornelius location on Saturday afternoon about 25 minutes before they closed. Cindy welcomed us and took us out to see one of the air controlled units. I went back on Monday to rent the unit. Ryan waited on me and was extremely courteous and like Cindy showed excellent customer service. Property and units are EXTREMELY clean. They leave a nice welcome bag for all new rental customers. This company definitely prides itself with knowledgeable and customer driven staff. What a nice experience. Could not be more pleased with our decision to get our rental unit from Cube Smart. Keep up the great job. "The cream always rises to the top"!”
