“I have used Metro by T-Mobile for many years now. I have always had a great experience anytime I've gone into the store or had to call. They are always kind and polite and most importantly they usually resolve any issue quickly. The only thing is I wished they had a better inventory of phones. When I went in for my upgrade, they were out of most phones. I still ended up with a great phone, just not the one I wanted. I realized I could have ordered what I wanted on line, but it was an emergency situation and I needed a phone then. Otherwise, Metro by T-Mobile and their services are great. The manager and employee handled the situation very professionally. It takes patience to deal with some people and situations.
