“We have been customers of Verizon for many many years and we’ll continue to be customers as long as we continue getting great customer service like Austin provides at the Thomasville Version office. Every time we want to upgrade our phones and other devices, we immediately go to him and somehow he magically gives us deals that just blow our mind. What makes Austin so special is that even after the initial deal is in place he continues to reach out to us to make sure we’re happy with the plan we have and that we’re still loving our phones. He makes this whole process a breeze. Thank you Austin for everything you do….you are truly Amazing!”

“If you’re looking to switch phone plans, go see Regina at this Metro by T-Mobile store. We spent over 2 hours at 4 different AT&T stores trying to upgrade our plan and they could never get it figured out. Regina had us switched over and squared away in 15 minutes. She was incredibly competent, explained everything thoroughly, and was just genuinely nice to work with. Can’t recommend her and this store enough.”
