“Had to get all 4 tires changed again 9mths after having them placed on car. I don’t recommend anyone buy the Accelera tires, they are trash. Never had to have tires replaced this soon after only 14,000 miles/9mths. Those tires should be discontinued. According to Parrish, the 30,000 mile warranty supposedly is non existent/not honored. This was very disappointing as had to spend money unexpectedly. Got the Kenda tires this time. Hopefully they last longer. The manager John was moderately reasonable though I think it would’ve been better if only charged me the difference of what I paid for the Accelera tires and the Kendra tires as Parrish tires will write it off as a loss on taxes so essentially they will get their money back. Despite that, John did try to work with me by discounting the new tires significantly and providing alignment at no charge. Been coming to Parrish for years and team has always been welcoming and professional.”
“Hit a nail in the road across the street a few weeks back. Mike helped me patch a tire in the rain after hours and free of charge. Saved me a tow and would definitely come here again for other auto services. They seem like honest people.”

Got me a good tire for a good price when I went to pay with my card he informed me cash only I offered to walk to the store to get the cash, but told me I could come back and pay later,..WHAT!?who does that!? “Called up before I went down in person, and as soon as I stepped in the door the gentleman inside knew who I was and what I was after. I stood back and watched their men do their work, and they didn’t settle for anything but the best used tire they could find - no holes to be plugged, and with good treads.I paid in cash to make it quick and easy for the shop, and it was a more than fair price for both the tire and the service.I will definitely be coming back!”

“If I lived in Winston Salem, this would be my go to service center. I had an issue with my car while there recently, and not only did they quickly diagnose what was happening, they referred me to a more specialized center to make sure the car was fixed correctly.I was concerned about driving it back home but they gave me what I needed including showing me how to do it, to make me feel confident to get back. Ultimately, I did need to stop and do as directed on my way, but I did as instructed and made it back safely.I can’t tell you how grateful I am to have gotten their help and expertise. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and didn’t take advantage of me or charge me for all the extra support!”

“My second visit to Mock was the same as the first. Efficient and busy. Oil changes are first come first served so arrive early. Plenty of seating if you need to wait, but for larger jobs, drop off is best. They are my new auto shop.”
“I was replacing the stub shafts on my front axle and needed the universal joints pressed out and new ones pressed in. I dropped my parts off in the AM, and they called me in just a few hours when the work was done. They price was less than I expected and the turnaround time was "same day."Excellent experience, and I'll definitely recommend them to friends.”
“I highly recommend them. My car broke down on a Sunday afternoon at Dollar General. Alex stopped what he was doing, had his partner to come and they helped me. They hit my car running and took me to their shop. They installed a battery and did not charge me for emergency help! I am so grateful to them. With me being a single woman, they could have charged me an outrageous price but they did not! They are so honest, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. They are definitely my new mechanics. “Exceptional work and communication as always.Update: this place continues to keep exceptional work and customer service - despite any strains you or they might be feeling because of COVID.It's a pretty low key vibe with no pressure for unnecessary upgrades or add-ons.As you sit in the lobby waiting for them to finish your car, you are likely to notice that they get a lot of regulars. People they know by first name or face. People they've had a relationship with for years. Which (imo) speaks highly of the staff, the business, and their quality of work.Update #2: This was the first time I've had to visit them same day for an "emergency". They were extremely understandable and helpful. Worked on my vehicle in-between scheduled services and thankfully were able to make the simple repair same day.Update #3: still maintaining a high level of professionalism and quality work”
“I literally just walked out of here and stopped to make this review. I called at about 5 and asked if they had time to look at my car. Without hesitation, Matt said yes. I pulled up 5 minutes later And they got to work. Isaiah looked at it and called Matt over. They showed me where the issue was, told me it wasn't a problem, but alerted me and showed me, that my front two tires were showing wire. I made a call, bought the tires, and they installed them with almost no time left in their shift just because they saw the need I had. Amazing place, earned my business, super honest.”
