Old Town Auto Works is Winston-Salem’s trusted local auto repair shop. The mechanics are ASE certified, highly competent, and good at their work and diagnostics. The shop is known for honesty, integrity, and being straightforward. Customers feel confident they will be taken care of at a fair price and appreciate that the shop does not try to upsell. The team provides great service, including assisting with warranty calls. They are easy to schedule with, though the shop is busy with a lot of employees and work to be done. While the operation is larger and less personal than a small-town shop, the quality of work and communications consistently satisfies customers, many of whom recommend the shop highly and have been loyal for years.
Only place I will take my vehicles, extremely knowledgeable and professional mechanics, exceptional hrs I can drop it off before work and pick it up after work in most cases, highly recommend old town

Mike and Brett have been servicing all my vehicles (many of them) for years. They are very knowledgeable, honest and fair with their pricing. Appointments are always kept and repairs completed on time. Won’t let anyone else touch my vehicles.
