Old Town Auto Works is Winston-Salem’s trusted local auto repair shop. The mechanics are ASE certified, highly competent, and good at their work and diagnostics. The team provides great service, including assisting with warranty calls. They are easy to schedule with, though the shop is busy with a lot of employees and work to be done. I had these guys replace the belts and belt tensioner in my car and later had them replace the lower control arms. They were accommodating working with the parts I bought from rock auto and did a great job both times.

Ive been using the guys at Old Town Auto for 10 years now, and I feel they are always fair and honest. Theyre not the cheapest guys in town, but they do good work and dont try to up-sell you on a bunch of unnecessary stuff. Very down to earth and reasonable.
