“Best hardware store around. Usually its worth it to drive past competing hardware stores to come to Hillsville because they have a better selection, better service, and cary more products . Highly recommend!”

“This place makes the area feel like home. they have what you need at a very competitive price. The hardware techs are country boy professional, which means they know a lot of helpful things without being arrogant or condescending, you are in a world of Blithe when you're here”

“I myself enjoy a trip to the Harbor. But never pay full price. Don't be a sucker. Wait for a coupon or s sale. Ole HB will run a sale for ground hog day. They don't pass up a chance to have a sale. God bless em. I am a tool junkie and I have snap on matco and yes even Pittsburgh tools. If it's something I'm not going to use every day then it just makes good sense to buy it cheap. Let's face it . You get what you pay for. I don't expect a tool that costs 75 percent less to be 75 percent better . For me it's like a brothel. So many fine things to use. What do I need today. And I always come back for more”

“I was greeted when I walked in and asked where torque wrenches are. He told me the isle but I needed to be more specific because what wrench I was looking for was inch/lbs not ft/lbs. I happen to make my was up to the register and I saw what I was looking for right in front of the register. He told me it had a lifetime warranty so that's good. I used it the next day doing my valve covers and it worked perfectly. Would recommend it”

“Came in the other day looking for a few things for a project at the house and was met by friendly staff and a clean store with a wide variety of stuff I needed. Couldn’t find one particular thing and asked a very kind and friendly associate named James. He walked me through the store and pointed out exactly what I needed and was very knowledgeable and talked me through some of the things i was confused about. I will be coming back due to James’ professionalism and his commitment for quality customer service.”

“Needed to return an online order of solar lights due to damage during shipping because there was no packing material. The customer service women at the High Point store were very pleasant & apologetic. Everyone in that store was very friendly & helpful. Will definitely be shopping here again since that has not been my experience at the Greensboro store on Wendover where I usually go.”

“Wanted to give a current review. I went in to rent a bush hog. Bill helped me load it, and checked me out. The bushhog worked great, cleared 2 acres in 4 hours. The throttle wasn't working exactly as it should so it wouldn't reverse, so took a little extra manpower. The young gentleman who checked the tool back in was quick, and kind.I will definitely be using this tool rental again”
