I've been a customer of Pangea Internet for over three years. During Hurricane Helene I didn't experience any interruption of service. Fortunately, I had an inverter to power their modem and my router. Their customer service is amazing. I highly recommend their fiber Internet service.

I came home from shopping a little after noon today only to discover we’d had a power outage while I was gone. My internet had not come back on. Pangea keeps our rural company (Sunray Inc.) connected to other businesses around the world. Rock solid service with fast, consistent speeds. Technical support is top-notch. They respond to the rare issue immediately. Service has only been out maybe a few hours over 3+ years of service.
