“Hands down some of the best customer service and helpful staff.
On July 28, we were in town for a golf tournament and our jeep decided it was going to start sputtering like a hot go cart with a lawnmower engine.
We already knew the problem but needed help with the solution. My husband spent hours in the parking lot replacing a coil that broke and the staff was wonderful, coming out to check on him, lending testing and tools, and expertise. They all periodically took time on their breaks to check on him and help fix the coil that had broken.”

They did an amazing job in replacing a badly damaged bumper and repairing the side panel of her car. Looks like new. “Today I went to the Carthage Advanced Auto Parts to get a new battery for my truck. I was helped by Aaron as soon as I arrived. After I selected the battery I wanted, he brought the new battery out and installed it. As always, installing a battery is free if it was purchased here. Aaron was very professional and thoroughly cleaned all of the old connectors and mounting bracket before installing the new battery. My entire time there was around 30 minutes. I definitely recommend this store.”

“I recently took my 2023 Santa Fe to Pinehurst Toyota-Hyundai Service. I noticed a clunking sound while turning at slow speeds. Cody Reed, service advisor, immediately set up an appointment next day at our convenience. He arranged a loaner car when the Technician needed more time to determine the problem. I already knew the cause would not be easy diagnose.
Cody kept me apprised throughout the process by phone. He is a good communicator! Told me the 4WD coupling needed to be replaced. I appreciate Greg and the team of Technicians working to find a solution. They got it done correctly. Car has been running great since then.
I would recommend Pinehurst Toyota. Very good customer relations, also they have great waiting room!”

“I had to stop and grab some windshield wipers. I live in Western North Carolina and am traveling back home. The hurricane Helene brought our sweet town to shambles within an hour. After all the stress that my husband and I have been through, getting reliable windshield wipers was a must!
The employee Brenden is exceptional. He was the only staff who greeted me verbally when I walked in and he started helping me right away. He also changed my wiper blades and made sure they were safe before we drove back west.

“I'll give these guys some love. I got new tires put on my car for far cheaper than anywhere else. The goodyear assurance ride great on my volvo! I only knocked one star off due to them replacing only one of the valve stems and having the tire pressure 45 psi on one side and 35 on opposite side. However they replaced my tires quickly and would use them in the future!”
