We have had Velocity for 4 years and were very blessed to have Internet in a rural area. We had issues 2 times because of storms, and it was resolved quickly. Broadband is not as fast as cable or fiber, but if they aren’t an option Broadband is great. Highly recommend.

We haven't had any problems. Service is great!

Tom came right by the next day and fixed everything! My area is not the best and actually it's pretty bad, so a cell signal is also hard to come by. They have many happy clients and if you do not have tall trees in your yard then you probably have great service.
