“Car buying is one of my least favorite things to do! I get the same feeling when its time to get my car serviced. Before calling *******, I was skeptical! Once I hung up the phone with *******, I was excited but still nervous at the same time. She told me I had to meet the salesman. I walked in unsure and overwhelmed. Im sure I looked confused! A nice guy asked if he could help me, I said Im looking for ******* and he said Yes. Ill take you to Hoot! Hoot greeted me with that southern hospitality, after that I felt alright! But that wasnt all! It was his patience, kindness, and genuine understanding of my circumstances! That kind of customer service is hard to find, and you do not typically see or get at a dealership! The way ********************* in took my paperwork, asked the questions, and handled everything for me. She had my back every step of the way. I felt that God placed ******* and **** in my life for this very reason and the process was so smooth and easy it was scary! At the same time, it made me so at ease and at peace! **** and ******* made me feel super comfortable and welcomed! They literally held my hand from the time I walked in the building and even after I left the lot. Its been two weeks after my purchase, and I still feel the love from the Hoot and *******! Tell me what dealership leaves that kind of impression on you after theyve made the sale? Every person that I came across was amazing!!! The guy that took our picture with my new car, he was such a good sport. The young lady from the service area was outstanding as well. The finance department explained everything to me very clearly. I also had a chance to meet the ** and he was so down to earth and compassionate! He really cares and values his customers! Working for a large corporation with very strict AP rules they were able to be very flexible with how I structured the way I need to pay for their work. Being new to upfitting vehicles with emergency light solutions, I counted on Chad to make the decisions for me I was traveling many times around the country. The quality of work was outstanding and I could not be more happy with the results from the federal signal light solutions, truck vault installation and lifters / tires for my fleet vehicles. “The lady was nice on the phone. Lots of vehicles to look through. Some are pretty picked though. Decent prices. They don't charge to go in and look at the vehicles like other places do. They do take cards but prefer cash. Called other places and they only did cash. Wear old shoes especially after it rains. There are places that get pretty muddy back there. Also be careful of the tall grasses. I had a lone star tick crawling on me when I got in my car. Other than that I will be back to look for a few things for my older work van. Definitely recommend going for your items you need. The lady seems to know what vehicles she has in the yard when I called before I went.”

“I was nervous to get my car fixed here due to we usually got any work done through other places but was very pleased with the service and work done. They had great customer service and kept me in the loop. Took care of all the other arrangements with the loaner vehicle. The work done on my vehicle was great! Looks like nothing ever happened.
