“Breakdown of my honest review of my visit here
My little sister lost her phone, so I came here to open a line on my account, and get a new phone for my sister.
1. Upon arriving, Lisa was helping another associate. She informed us it would be about 5 minutes and she would assist us. It was a little longer than 5 minutes, but she kept communicating with us, while she was finishing up the customer that was there when we arrived.
I said that to say- I think more than one associate should be working (at least 2) Although Lisa appeared to be able to handle it, it appears that little kiosk can get busy very quickly. There were about 4 other people that came who needed assistance and Lisa was trying to help everyone.
2. After Lisa was finished with the customer she was assisting when we arrived, she started to help us. I told her what was going on and she assured us she could help. I told her I would need a phone that same day, and she said she could order the phone and we would have to pick it up at the nearest store (which was only 15 mins away) Lisa was able to waive our activation fee. During the initial conversation about getting the new phone, Lisa informed me that I didn’t need to pay anything upfront, only the taxes on the phone that was about 40 dollars. Well after going through the process of opening a new line on my account and so forth, when it was time to pay, an extra $35.00 was due and she said it was because I was picking up the phone the same day. However, that’s not what she told me prior to me starting the process. She said the only thing I needed to pay up front was the taxes on the phone and I could get the phone the same day. Long story short- Lisa owned her miscommunication and she actually paid the $35.00 with her own money and she also apologized and gave us the biggest hug!
3. Lisa LISA LISA LISAAA I can’t say enough about her customer service! She is phenomenal! She was able to get the phone ordered and we picked it up at the T mobile store. Didn’t take long at all once we arrived to pick it up. Everything was already activated. Lisa even sent me a text to follow up with me to make sure we were able to pick up the phone and get it set up. That lady is a hard worker and I am so glad I met her today.
