“I cant say enough amazing compliments about this practice. My PCP, Scotttie, is absolutely amazing!!! She is very prompt with responses to messages written in the patient portal and clearly cares about her patients, as opposed to some physicians who just try to collect money. If there is a concern that requires the need to be seen in office, an appointment is readily available with her or a similar nurse, and if the issue is not so serious, she promptly sends in a prescription.
I also have to brag on her nurse (Caroline, I believe) who helped me last week. The nurse who did my intake carefully calmed me down from a panic attack by asking me about my tattoo (great distraction) and Caroline eased my fears by immediately ordering proper blood tests and setting up an ultrasound. All of my questions were answered, the blood test results were in my patient portal the next morning (on a Friday), and I was able to set up follow up appointments with my specialty doctors. Thank you all SOOOO much! I am feeling SOOOOO much better already!!!”
