12050 Retail Drive, Wake Forest NC 27587
“After a long night of travel on a red eye from Las Vegas, we arrived around 10 am, several hours before check-in. We were exhausted and had traveled for a wedding, so we asked if there was any possibility of checking in early so we could catch a quick nap beforehand. Katrina was absolutely amazing! Within an hour, she had us checked in and settled into our room. The room and bed were extremely comfortable, and the blackout shades and ice cold air conditioning were exactly what we needed after a long night of travel. I cannot thank Katrina enough for going out of her way to help us. In a world where great customer service can sometimes feel hard to find, she is a shining example of what an amazing, genuinely customer focused employee looks like. She made a huge difference in our stay, and we truly appreciated her!”

“This hotel is currently under renovations. Not once did we hear a loud noise nor were we inconvenienced by the remodel. The hotel staff went the extra mile to ensure the guests were comfortable and satisfied. I would highly recommend this location. Fitness Center available as well as a nice patio front and back with tables. The back patio also has a fireplace to cozy up in front of for a relaxing evening.”
