“I am a BIG fan of Customer Service. I had doubts about this Hotel with the reviews. But I gave them a chance to prove to me otherwise. I was blown away with the Service and Cleanliness of this Hotel. The Amenities are 5 Star. I give the whole staff 5 Stars. I say it as I see it. Thank you for a wonderful experience. And they are very friendly. They knew my name still from my last stay. That was a big plus to me. “Enjoyable stay for a short drive to work; how convenient!Rooms: The second night of my stay, I moved to another room, and the fitted sheet on the bed should have been replaced long ago.Noteworthy details: Nice touch of leaving a water bottle and microwave popcorn with a note gretting me when I arrived in the room for the first night.”

“Awesome location to the shops and dining of North Hills, Raleigh. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Clean, modern rooms. Parking across the street. Valet is awesome, Steve was tremendously helpful! Having a room facing the restaurants can get a little noisy on the weekend... Otherwise, a very pleasant stay and super convenient.”

This hotel and its staff were the best! The room was spacious with a full sized kitchen and everything you need. The water pressure in shower great! The whole hotel clean and staff friendly and professional! I highly recommend!”
