“I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Amanda for the outstanding customer service she provided. She was incredibly patient and walked me through everything I needed with genuine care. It’s rare to get service this good these days, and Amanda deserves real recognition for it. Thank you, Amanda — you made my day so much easier!”
“I must say this is a night and day experience to the one in Wake Forest. I went there first with the same exact questions and shipment that I had couldn’t get any good answers or understanding of the process
I came to this location with my package for business going to a specific area and time took care of me professionally
And the funny part is the pricing was better cause the other person almost doubled it!! same exact package same exact requirements. That shouldn’t be possible.”
“Recently, I rushed into this store on a Saturday afternoon with an urgent printing need. My printer had run out of ink, and I was facing a tight deadline. Brian, a staff member, went above and beyond to assist me. Instead of simply allowing me to print the document out, he offered to print my document on the store's copier. This solution was not only faster than if I had printed it myself, but the quality was also excellent. I'm extremely grateful for Brian's exceptional service and highly recommend this location. Thank you again, Brian, for your outstanding help!”
“Aletha and her colleague were absolutely wonderful this morning! My minor son and I had an appointment for his passport, and we were in and out in about 5 minutes. Aletha was extremely helpful, kind, and made the entire process so easy. I highly recommend this office, especially if you’re looking for a less hectic experience than the busier Raleigh passport locations!”
“These five stars are for Robby, the UPS employee who was working a busy Saturday shift by himself and killing it. Genuinely nice, efficient, went above and beyond for every single person in line. Sold me a big box, packaged it for me, handled everything. Whatever UPS is paying him, it’s not enough. Thanks Robby! ?”
“The only reason I gave them a 4 star rating is because they are only open from 9:30 to 11 on Saturday the man behind the counter was very nice and patient I give him a 5 star rating”
“I have been using this store for many years now and have consistently had an amazing experience. The staff handles everyone with care and professionalism. Kelli is always going above and beyond to make sure everyone is well taken care of in their immediate need and she really cares about the people themselves. Her kindness means a lot to me and many others!”

“To the man who patiently worked with me on getting my father’s artwork from Raleigh to Phoenix: thank you thank you thank you. Everything was packed perfectly, with attention and care. It arrived in pristine condition, ready to be framed and displayed. Not one single issue. This person went above and beyond and put me at ease about my precious packages’ cross country journey. This is irreplaceable so I was quite nervous but this UPS store absolutely delivered. Highly recommend.”
