“Recently, I rushed into this store on a Saturday afternoon with an urgent printing need. My printer had run out of ink, and I was facing a tight deadline. Brian, a staff member, went above and beyond to assist me. Instead of simply allowing me to print the document out, he offered to print my document on the store's copier. This solution was not only faster than if I had printed it myself, but the quality was also excellent. I'm extremely grateful for Brian's exceptional service and highly recommend this location. “I went to this post office location for a passport appointment and was waited on by Kia. She advised me I needed my wedding certificate to show my name change. She not only directed me to where I could go to obtain that document, same day, but told me I could come back, same day, to finalize my passport application. She knew what an inconvenience it would have been to have to completely reschedule my appointment so she made sure I knew I could come back. I was able to obtain the document, went back to see Kia and finished the application (all total with drive to Holden Road in Wake Forest and back, it took less than an hour)! She was really friendly and efficient as well! Thank you Kia!”

She explained everything clearly and showed me the different options for card quality and finishes so I could choose what worked best for me. On top of that, the price was very competitive compared to other places I checked. Overall, it was an easy and pleasant experience!”

It arrived in pristine condition, ready to be framed and displayed. Not one single issue. This person went above and beyond and put me at ease about my precious packages’ cross country journey.
