“We just booked a storage unit at the S Main St location in Wake Forest. The staff (I mostly talked with Andy, but briefly with Jonathan) was SO HELPFUL in so many ways. I had to call several times, and they were kind and patient each time, answering my questions + providing prices and info (this is great, but it stood out even more because several other facilities didn't always have someone answering the phone). My Mom took care of the paperwork in the office, and they even gave me a follow-up call to let me know it was taken care of. They went the extra mile a number of times and were so professional! The prices were comparable to surrounding places, but due to a promo, were even better -- such a needed blessing. I hope Andy and Jonathan know what a gift they were!”
“I am giving the Wake Forest Location 5+ stars times 3 from me and my sister. We had a total of 3 units for over 5 years. Steve was AMAZING! Thank you so much for your professionalism. Our monthly fee has always been the same. I moved to a Arizona and after a few months, I had to put some other items in a storage here after 3 months, my monthly charge was raised! I am so glad that I made the choice to leave my other items in the Extra Attic Self Storage in Wake Forest! After finally retrieving our items from the climate control units this month, everything was safe and intact. I highly recommend this location! THANKS AGAIN STEVE!!!”

“Home Depot messed up our reservation so we came here on a week day and they got us fixed up with exactly what we needed. I took off one star because the truck we did get was an older model and didn't have the backup camera, which we have had in other U-Haul trucks. But great and efficient service from the worker there both at pickup and drop off.”
