“Nice variety of high end athletic shoes and sandals for men and woman. The customer service is excellent. They listen to your needs and take the time needed for you to try on all of the shoes you would like to. They don't have as much variety in wide widths as I would have liked. Prices are high, with some sales. But these are higher end brands, so what you would expect. Good return policy.”
“I cannot say enough amazing things about Lily Mae’s. The customer service alone is unmatched, but the selection of gifts and everyday wear makes it my absolute go to!
I recently stopped in with only 15 minutes between work calls, needing a birthday gift and two hostess gifts. I was in a panic—and Angela Grace completely saved the day. She smiled, said “be right back,” and within minutes had the perfect options pulled together, ready to purchase and beautifully wrapped. I was in and out in under 10 minutes and back to work stress-free.
This isn’t a one-time experience either - this level of service happens every time, whether it’s me or my girls shopping. Angela truly feels like our personal shopper, and she is consistently the best.
The entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about making your experience easy and enjoyable. It’s honestly the only place I shop because of it.
Highly, highly recommend!”

“We had the best experience and customer service today! We came in near closing to return a pair of boots and were planning to come back at a later date to try on and purchase. Tracy and her husband stayed late to help my husband find the perfect pair of boots. This is what local, hometown business deliver: great service, great conversation and genuine hospitality.”
