They listen to your needs and take the time needed for you to try on all of the shoes you would like to. They don't have as much variety in wide widths as I would have liked. Prices are high, with some sales. But these are higher end brands, so what you would expect. Good return policy.”

There was an extremely rude woman that was doing some kind of exchange, and these two handled her extremely professionally. They gave her options and even said that their manager would be in shortly and might be able to assist her further. She did not seem to like that idea very much. She was short tempered, and disrespectful. Again, I just wanted to give these two the recognition they deserve! I was so impressed how they were tactfully handling this disgruntled woman.”
