“Exceptional experience at Doc's Garage. Scott accurately diagnosed my failing rear differential and gave me honest, no-pressure advice about repairing a high-mileage truck. He even tracked down a used replacement part in Texas and had it shipped to the shop. The truck runs great now, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Honest, knowledgeable, and dependable service—I highly recommend Doc's Garage and will definitely be back.”
“Tires were not what I wanted for Mother’s Day haha but needed. Joe with Mavis Tires and Brakes in Wake Forest made the purchase pleasant and provided excellent customer service. He took the time to explain the need for regular alignment and tire rotation as I had chosen an all- terrain tire.
The space was clean and provided a comfortable place to wait. I made an appointment before I arrived and was out within an hour.”
“Came to Atlantic tire with a problem with a Mercedes-Benz. They were able to fix all the issues that we had in a timely manner and a very fair price for that type of vehicle.”
“I've had both my motorcycle and truck inspected here. They are reasonably priced, quick and knowledgeable. I moved out of Wake Forest but I still go there for my vehicles because it's worth the drive knowing I get reliable service there.”
“Jerome embodies old-school values in the best possible way! He’s committed to quality work and customer satisfaction, treating your vehicle as if it were his own. You’ll never feel pressured or pushed into unnecessary upsells. With honest work at a fair price, he checks all the boxes I look for in a mechanic. I highly recommend him for any repair needs!”
“I have an all-wheel vehicle that got a screw in one of the tires; the tires had less than 10,000 miles on it. Of four places I went, Discount Tire was the only one willing to look at it to see if it could be repaired. They examined it and the screw had gone in at an angle and was able to be plugged. It's been a month and the tire is holding PSI with no issues. Of the other three places, two wanted me to put on 4 new tires; one wanted to replace that one tire. I am so appreciative of Discount Tire's work ethic to try a fix first instead of selling first.”
“The front desk workers are great. I see Mike every time I go and he's always friendly. Good price, very transparent and communicative. I come here for all work on my car nowadays.”
“I came here on perhaps the worst day of my life and these guys went above and beyond. I thought I had a screw in my tire and they were honest with me. It didn’t puncture the tire and I was good to go. It is rare to have anyone be honest with you these days. And I will be sure to come here for all my needs no matter how far away I am.”
“Joseph is a knowledgeable and personable professional who gave us competitive pricing on four new custom order tires AND mounted, balanced, aligned, and installed them the same day! My daughter and I highly recommend this Pep Boys location!”
“Excellent service! Purchased tires online, booked appointment for installation for the next day. Installed in 37 minutes. Very happy with price, easy of purchase and overall experience. Highly recommend and will continue to use them for future tire needs.”
“I like going to the WakeForest Firestone, even though there’s one close to where I live in Rocky Mount. They treat me like family. The work that they do on my car is wonderful, fast, and efficient Thomas and all the crew at Firestone Wakeforest are fantastic.”

“Cannot say enough good about this company. My daughters car needed urgent service on her breaks and they had her car into the shop on a moments notice. We needed a loaner after the repair was more than we anticipated and they hooked us up.
We will be back if we need help again. Honest, communication and willingness to listen to our concerns. A+”
