“Absolutely tremendous customer service! First, the dispatch let me know that I was slightly outside of their typical service area and kindly recommended other tow services that she knew was closer to my location. After learning that the other tow services were going to charge me more and make me wait longer for the pickup, I called Dean's back.
Mr. Lee showed up very quickly after I provided my location and proceeded to load my car onto the tow truck bed with efficiency and care. Apart from the circumstances, it was a treat to ride to the destination with Mr. Lee, hear stories from his extensive career, and muse about the causes of my car's latest temper tantrum. When we arrived at the destination, Mr. Lee unloaded my car with the same attention to detail and and efficiency with which he had loaded it. It gave me the feeling that this is how Mr. Lee would load his own car onto a tow truck if he had to.
I could not have asked for more and if I find myself in need of a tow service again, I'll be calling Dean's Wrecker Service.”
