I was able to pull off of Hwy 70 onto a side road and called the 800 number on my insurance card for roadside assistance. It was all automated, I didn't speak to anyone. After a few minutes I was informed that Steven's Towing would assist me, and it would be 45-70 minutes. But then I got a call from Steven saying he'd reach me in 10 minutes! That was comforting as I was stranded by myself. He got there quickly, changed the tire efficiently, and I was on my way again! I definitely recommend Steven's Towing.”
