“Gaia is the most creative clothing store in the state of NC. “Style is a way to say who you are without having to speak”. Robbie H. is the masterful owner who has an eye for design and sheer beauty. She and her staff can dress you for any occasion or just help you perk up your existing wardrobe. The clothing is so amazing that you want to buy everything in the store! Robbie has a large customer base from all over the United States. Her sense of style and fashion is like no other. She carries a line designed by her daughter - Roots and Wings - a must see and must have. Check out the website.

“I really enjoy shopping here. I love the upgrade and the selection of products they have to offer. They have multiple check out lines for speedy check out process. The staff is very helpful with all your needs and if you are having trouble making a decision on what type of product to use. Beauty world aka beautisa if I could make one suggestion I'd wish the company could extend store hours for longer hours on the weekend. Some of us working women get off a little late on the weekends.”

The customer service I have received from Roxonna has been outstanding - above and beyond what I would have expected.I can't say enough about her professionalism, objective advice, and ability to help me with make great decisions without trying to just sell me products. She truly works to ensure my overall purchases compliment each other and that I am filling gaps.The quality of the clothes are also fantastic. They wear really well and are custom fit for my body style. I want to say there were 24 measurements to get fitted for a suit and shirt. This makes a tremendous difference in wearability and comfort. Especially for anyone that is not perfectly proportionate, having the custom fit makes a world of difference.I can highly recommend Tom James, as I have had a lot of interaction with them and have nothing negative to say.”

“I saw a beautiful Suzanne Early cuff online. I called the store and the woman I spoke with was most helpful. I placed my order and received it just a few days later at my home in Texas. It was packaged nicely and shipped in a box. Great customer service and I love my cuff!”
“Very cute boutique. I found a few keepers at a reasonable price! Right now there's some construction that has shut down the front entrance, so the only way to get in is through the back, which I don't think is wheelchair accessible. My only other complaint was that the dressing room felt very exposed, it's a set of swinging doors in the corner that only really cover your midsection, and as a taller person I felt like I had to crouch a bit. As for the clothes themselves, they're definitely more from an older crowd, so not trendy, but high quality and affordable.”

“I felt compelled to write a review after my great experience at this boutique! I welcomed my first baby a few weeks ago and have struggled finding new clothes that make the new me feel good. I have shopped around town at a few other places only to feel awkward, not helped, and overall "blah" about the entire experience. I stopped by LoveWell on a whim and left with multiple items and a renewed outlook on dressing my postpartum body. The associate working went above and beyond to help me find jeans that checked all the boxes I was looking for, plus offered to allow me to nurse in the dressing room when my baby got fussy. Thank you for helping make this new mom feel welcome and confident! I will definitely be shopping again!”
“I am mainly an online shopper, but this Loft store has changed my mind and I will definitely come back for in store shopping! I was asked at least 3 times if I needed help, at least 4 or 5 times if I wanted to put something in a fitting room… in short, so much amazing customer service is to be had at this store. The sales associates are truly amazing - they were all very busy too because they were moving clothes from the main area to a sales area, but had time to make sure that I was being helped. Definitely recommend this store not only for their amazing clothes, but for the great help they were to me- even when I was in the fitting room I was checked up on to see if I needed a different size. Great job Loft!”

“I finally checked out the store and was pleasantly surprised. The first thing was their size inclusivity. Everything went from sizes Extra small to 3X. This is a more expensive athleisure store but I was able to find a pair of shorts on sale for $20. The staff was also very nice and they have an extra cash register by the fitting room so you do not have to wait in line. My husband wish they carried men's clothes because of how good my experience was.”
“The ladies working here are super pleasant and explained what to do as a first time clothes seller. Store is very clean and well laid out with great items to choose from. I was able to find a great jacket with my instore credit and will absolutely be coming back to sell and purchase clothing. 10/10 recommend!”
“My store of choice is the Kohls in Kernersville,NC Parking was a breeze. The entrances are clean and not obstructed with shopping carts. The store is clean and very busy. I was greeted by an associate and asked if I needed assistance? I knew what I wanted, so I proceeded to go to the Men Department. I needed Blue Jeans, they were neatly packed on a shelf with sizes in a numerical order. I knew my size, picked up the jeans and went to the checkout line. The Cashier was bubbly and nice and asked if I had a Kohls card? I told her I didn't but, told her I'd like to apply for one. I'm awaiting the email confirmation. I'll continue to shop at this store, regardless if I get a card or not.”
“They have some really good buys in a variety of areas in the store. The employees are nice in this store. The one thing I will point out is the employees use of walkie talkies or other devices where customers can hear conversations. On the day I was there they were discussing an event in the store that shoppers should not have been aware of or how things are handled. My entire background is management, operations, hr policies and loss/theft. When this was going on a couple of guys stepped out of aisles as to listen to conversations between employees on the sales floor too. This is not a smart move to involve non personal in store situations.”

Mostly a quiet place and clean store with friendly associates.”
