“This is the most helpful post office I have ever encountered. From the postmaster to all the other employees they are very helpful and this place does get busy. I have a relative that always wants the new, unique stamps. They always are helpful in finding those for me for her to use.”
“Every time I go here, everyone is super helpful! Today I had to mail some very odd shaped boxes and the people working all told me a few different good ways to pack it since they didn't carry the size box I needed. It worked out perfectly, I have never had an issue come up at this post office. Everyone is always so kind and helpful!!”

“A Shauna was helping me today to get 4 letters in. I walked in at 4:20. She said hand me the envelopes so i can help you. I said let me come back tomorrow. She said no come on let me help! With leaving at 4:31 she stayed to help me! She was the most kindest person I have dealt with in a very long time. Especially other places not going to mention! But what an amazing person she was towards me! She went way out of her way to help me! I definitely won’t go to any other post office than this one! I hope she works here a very long time as its rare to get this type of service! Thanks A Shauna for helping me your wonderful!!”

“I've only lived here less than a year but these guys have been truly amazing. I regularly order things from over seas where they always seem to get the address mixed up or are missing parts that are needed to be delivered and this post office has gone above and beyond to track down my package and deliver it. One lady actually delivered a package to me personally on President's Day! (a federal Holiday for them). They are such a pleasure to talk to on the phone as well and get back to you in a quick and timely manner. Simply the best”
“We had a package that was delivered but could not locate it. Called USPS support and opened up a case. Less than 5 minutes later David called us, gave us the exact description of where the package was left, and we were able to resume assisting customers with getting their devices fixed. Thanks to the driver for being so descriptive of where the package was left, but also to David for the call and relaying that information to us. Have never had a bad experience with this office and appreciate all of the help. Thank you all!”
“This is an extremely busy post office. These ladies are overworked. They are not rude but professional and in order to service everyone they have little time to play babysitter. I visit this location weekly and these ladies know their jobs inside and out. The customers are lacking many times and attempt to treat the workers disrespectfully. No sir, no mam. Many complaints are related to tape supply or lack of...BRING YOUR OWN SUPPLY OF TAPE. This post office is in the business district and serves customers with large mailings. It is not the neighborhood post office. These ladies don't have the luxury to hand hold. Thank you and you're welcome.”

“I love this office! The girls that work there always make sure you leave with a smile on your face. They are a small town office with a hometown feel. The decor inside is beautiful. I bypass 2 offices that are closer to my home just to go here. I started a small business and they helped me understand the process of shipping my packages down to making sure my packages are taped and packed properly and labeled clearly for the customer to see. They go above and beyond for each and every customer, as I have been there when others were ahead of me. Keep up the good work ladies!”
